Their subscriptions are predatory. Can’t cancel
Do NOT get these treats. You will try to cancel your subscription and still be charged for treats. Despite showing no active subscriptions, we still had an active subscription hidden in the site somewhere. It’s impossible to cancel your subscription and they do not answer their email, texts or phones.
Not to mention the treats are terrible. Our dog spits them out.

We are LONG TIME customers
We are LONG TIME customers. Our dogs love Pupford Training Treats. Recently one of our dogs started having a health crisis. Our vet had us contact ALL of the companies that did not have an ingredient breakdown on the package. We have gotten responses from all the others EXCEPT… Try asking Pupford’s what are the ingredients in their training treats. They will say “all natural”, but WHAT?
So far Pupford’s has NOT been forthcoming with the information, much to our disappointment. Breanna, their own CS Rep says she has tried to get the information and no one has provided it to their own customer service. Come on, Pupford’s you can do better. We are LONG TIME customers trying to SAVE our dog.
What does that say about a company that says they have ALL NATURAL ingredients, and yet won’t name them. hmmm!

Deceptive, sneaky marketing tactics
This company offers low quality support and engages in deceptive marketing practices. The following quote is from their blog article entitled, Everything You Need to Know About Bully Sticks: "Not to toot our own horn, but Pupford Bully Sticks are single ingredient AND sourced in the USA AND have reduced odor AND come in various size and thickness options 😉". In fact, the supplier is another company who most likely sourced the raw material from Brazil and or Paraguay. Just be honest with your customers. Here's how an honest company handled the same question: Imported from Brazil. Hand-selected and packaged in Rochester. Don't forget reward candid and honest reviewers with a wholesome treat by marking this review as "Useful" (below). Thanks for reading my reviews.
