They won't pay out. They asked me for my social security card right after my redemption said it went through but didn't. I had to go to ssa office and get one. Unreasonable. I was verified already. Clearly a way to keep peoples winnings who don't have their card. None of the 75 sweeps casinos ive made withdrawals from has asked for a social security card. They don't take a driver's license. Birth certificate.
So even after I got my card they still won't payout. They keep sending me a link but I just connect my bank account through this verification company I've never even heard of. Then it says payment successful. That's it. It's happened a dozen times now. They have a high redemption minimum compared to other casinos ($100). I never really played punt I play almost all the social casinos but have been skipping this one because of some of the reviews. They offered some free coins on Reddit. I was able to win enough to cash out but that's not why I'm writing the review. Not only was I able to win enough to cash out when I cashed out it was like no hassle verified instantly and I cashed out instantly and when I say instant I mean within 2 minutes. I'm now going to deposit I think it's fair considering to play a little back. And see that the game plays the same m for the deposit. Which I'm sure it is and just wanted to say thank you to everyone that works there y'all made it really easy I appreciate it and this is definitely a bonus I did not expect.
