I been on this site for a while now and all of a sudden I need to be verified again and of course I obliged and it failed over and over.
After talking to numerous people all with different reasons why it’s failing I was told today I can’t play on their platform anymore because I have 2 accounts. I do not have 2 accounts and never been treated so rudely by CS in my life as Punt did. Lost for words!!!

Customer service is slow in addressing my inquiries. The redemption process has been inconsistent; in previous redemptions, I was able to use the instant redeem option, but now I have to use the standard ACH method, which has been frustrating. I'm unable to successfully connect any of my accounts, and customer support has not responded to my questions about why I can no longer use the instant option.

Punt does not run an ethical or professional casino operation. They boast a percentage based commission for their referral program, and everything looks great until you try to claim the commissions and you’re met with “this feature is under construction” - which it has been for the entirety of the platform’s existence (months). Launching a casino with a referral program that doesn’t credit is highly unprofessional and a red flag. On top of that, they banned several profitable players I referred without explanation. Play somewhere else.

I played Punt for the first time May 25th. Played several games and won $1300. I done a redemption and as of today June 6th I still haven't received my redemption. They did ask for more documents after I messaged regarding status. I sent that on the 30th. Still nothing. Messaged again yesterday and the response pending review and they will let me know when I can redeem. Been the same response sine the 30th. Do not waste your money because you won't get your winnings.
