I love the brand and also the customer service makes a great job, if you have a problem. I can totally recommend this store!

Ordered two items from the store. One of them turned out to be out of stock, so Emanuele sent me an email about this and quickly issued me a refund. The other item arrived really quickly (like 2 days with express delivery), but I wasn't satisfied with the fit so I emailed Emanuele about a refund. She was really helpful, sending me all the papers I needed to print out and even scheduling the return herself. Someone from UPS came to pick it up and after that Emanuele immediately gave me a refund. Really excellent customer service, I would definitely order from here again.

I wrote a bad review because my package had originally delivered to the wrong state for no reason but i received my item finally after the delivery people called me and said they were sending it so i still don’t recommend buying from them because the customer service never responded and it was sketchy. My item was cute though.

Great customer service and fantastic quality of merchandise. I have been looking for men's clothing like this for awhile that still existed as many places are closed or only sell woman's clothing. Emanuele and I sent back and forth over five e-mails and I made a huge order which arrived here in Reykjavik, Iceland just yesterday.

My package was delivered to the wrong state my address i gave was correct. Do not order from them it’s a scam. I tried talking to them through many different medias but they never responded.

Everything was perfect with my order. Even if I did it during China Vacation, and so the package was not shipped for a few days, in the right the shipment activity started again I received the confirmation email and tracking. I'm an italian customer, and unfortunately customs stopped my package, but the entire process was so fast. Thanks to the help of the site customer service, in particular of Emanuele ( thanks man! ) Ii've always known what to do. Order sent February the 11th received today.. the 16th.. record time. Products also have awesome quality and I'm very happy with them :)

Great service! I made an expensive order only to realise later on that a 30% discount promotional offer got lost in my spam folder. I emailed the seller and received an answer only a few hours later. They offered a refund for the value of the 30% discount, which amounted to a significant amount of money. Very pleased.
