Experience with the pump has been good

Experience with the pump has been good, except for initial difficulty with fitting outlet pipe to hose fitting resolved with a little sanding of the plastic fitting.

Part perfect

Part perfect
Paid for next day didn't happen and expensive for this option - my CCTV Cameras show that no attempt to deliver on the 4th was made.
Non-existent customer services
All e-mails completely ignored
I appreciate that delivery was not in their direct control but lighting a fire under UPS might have helped
Pump Sales Direct - please send me an e-mail from your customer services department and I will forward all the un responded to correspondence

We can see that your order was placed on 3rd February with next-day delivery, and a delivery attempt was made on 4th February at 1:34pm. According to the courier tracking, no one was available, or the business was closed, and the package was then delivered the following day, 5th February at 10.09am. We understand that this would be frustrating, seeing as you paid extra for this service.

We keep a close eye on our inbox and didn’t see any emails from you, so we weren’t aware of any issues you were having. While we can’t control every step of courier deliveries, we always do our best to ensure orders reach customers quickly.

Ordered on Line after afternoon…

Ordered on Line after afternoon deadline. Received phone call next morning to say pump was in stock and I could collect it at any time, if not convenient delivery would be next day. As Tremble Pumps was so close I collected it before lunch time. All took place within 24 hours.

I made a google search to find a length…

I made a google search to find a length of tube for a grundfos pump. It's just PVC tube - nothing more nothing less. Their price was 119£ for 6 metres... !! LOL on ebay PVC 10mm internal diameter tube is 14£ for 6m

What a bunch of jokers ! their price means its the same cost as 30m of copper 15mm pipe..... Charging 7 x the going rate is not trustworthy its theft

Replacement of Watermill pump with…

Replacement of Watermill pump with Grundfos equivalent. Grundfos pump is quieter and a bit more powerful so improves water pressure at shower head.

Pump purchase

Needed a pump for domestic use at short notice. Model I wanted out of stock but they recommended an alternative despatched for next day delivery. Helpful and speedy.
