Having reviewed your order, we can see that it was placed after our daily dispatch cut-off at 3.30pm and was therefore processed on the following working day. We can also see that at checkout, the 2–3 working day delivery option was selected, which operates on working days only. At the time of writing this reply, the parcel is still in transit and remains within the expected delivery timeframe.

If you no longer require the item once it arrives, please contact our customer service team and we'll be happy to discuss the available options.
