I ordered some stickers for my regs book on 30th April, I am still yet to receive them!
Surely it does not take almost 2 weeks to send a sheet of stickers to me?
I have emailed and been ignored.
I have called and not had a call back!
Absolutely abysmal service as a first time customer!

Ordered the new regs book
Ordered the new regs book. Arrived dented! It supposed to have free chapter flags that came with it, but never did! Not what I was expecting, as the cost of these books are expensive.
Emailed them twice, no reply. Having investigated the communication issues, they immediately set the issues right. And sent missing items.

Excellent service and price, the only problem with my order was, two books out of the three, were damaged on the corner. This was not the fault of Docstore but the carrier.

Easy to order and a good deal
Easy to order and a good deal, except for the fact that a book of BS7671 should NOT cost over £100.
On the plus side, the little labels to stick on the edge of the pages are lovely colours.
Further, this £100+ book was extremely well packed.
