Thanks for your updated feedback. From the photo you sent to our customer service team, we believe the issue may be related to installation as a small rubber seal could have been to have been removed. If the seal is put back correctly, the tank should work without any problems.

After reviewing the video footage that you emailed us along with your detailed explanation, it was evident that the pump was partially submerged during operation in your clip. Your pump is a surface-mounted unit, and running it that way can affect the motor and internal seals. However, the symptoms you described in your email point to internal wear or impeller fit issues.

Because the pump was used outside its intended installation, the manufacturer wouldn’t cover this under warranty, which we did discuss with you. That said, we’re happy to advise on replacement parts if you’d like to discuss next steps.
