Pudo makes customers daily life hell

Again with the changes,this is not user friendly,just create 1 platform where you can do everything !book ,track ,complain,thats affecting customers to strugle to log in,and to be able to book,a locker,this,changes affects a lot if customers,and the fact that there is no customer service,to get help,it takes forever to get assistance,and thd fact that youre procedure is costing customers,money that you refuse to pay back its stealing.youre company are thieves ,no incentives on the amount of packages seng no free deliveries,no discount,and no complaints platform to be assisted on

Pudo Negligence

I sent my item Via Pudo(Courier guy) in a good condition and it was broken upon arrival, I feel it’s Negligence it was clearly a small item, I assume it was thrown around or else a heavy object was placed ontop of it and broke my item and when I reported no apology from the the courier guy and pudo . This was thier response “Even if the item was bubble wrapped, it is fragile and can break under pressure. Based on your response, I understand that you believe the damage is my responsibility and that the company is unable to take further action”, I’m not happy with thier customer service they must work on it before they lose more clients.

Thieves

Sent parcel to nephew in Johannesburg via Locker to locker. When he received it, bag was not sealed as in original bag. Items were missing. Very dishonest employees! Thieves!

NO caring for package handling

I used to love using Pudo, but now every itme I send something it gets broken in transit, not all dainty fragile items, I can just imagine it gets tossed like luggage bags at the airport, if handling care is not part of the training of their staff - expect to loose more customers, since it makes YOU UNRELIABLE and NOT TRUST WORTHY of handling our loved items.

The courier guy or Pudo

The courier guy or Pudo, should please re train Nieta Rapesi as to how to deal with customers. She is intentionally unhelpful and gave me incorrect vague instructions when i requested for a parcel to be redirected to Pudo locker Sasol Olivedale. She also said that i should rebook the Parcel, which i did, then after that she says no it should be done from kiosk to locker and i must request for credit, when all i asked her was for the parcel to be redirected to Sasol Olivedale. She then states in email: "If there's anything else we can assist you with, please let us know. Have a great day!
Thank you for getting in touch."

Locker reservation removed how frustrating

I booked a booking last night , I went to the locker to drop off this morning and it says no space I see the app doesn't show anymore which lockers are available its silly that the locker reservation feature been removed how will one know when a locker is available to deposit such a waste of time to go back and forth to see if a locker is available or not

Parcel was lost in transit

Parcel was lost in transit. They asked me to jump through thousands of hoops and then 2 months of emails and hours spent in correspondence with different consultants I was told that they will not cover the lost item. Really frustrating to work with them!

This is the worst courier service ever

This is the worst courier service ever!
It’s such a pity as the lockers are such a good idea!
Their customer service is next level bad, I have been trying to redirect a parcel from joburg to hermanus and they said I have to rebook a locker and they will send it back, they never did because the lockers expired and they won’t come back to me for a refund!!!!!!
I wasted Over R100 to get its parcel to the right destination.
Everytime I try get hold of someone, I have to go through AI bots first.

This has not happened once!
They have lost my parcels and have said it’s not their problem…
Come on PUDO, never using again

The pudo service works like a charm but…

The pudo service works like a charm but the online helpdesk is pathetic; so is the helpline 0102223600. A friendly voice tells you that your call is important but then got cut off twice or nobody answers. This is not the first time that I had this type of experience.

Yoooh worse experienced ever my parcel got stolen by one of the pudo drivers assigned to collect my parcel from the locker I've been calling and messaging and calling them every day for 2 weeks

Yoooh worse experience ever, my parcel got stolen by one of the pudo drivers assigned to collect my parcel, I've been calling and messaging them for 2 weeks now they keep saying they are still investigating. Thinking of suing the company since I have the witness that he did collect my parcel yet told the management that he didn't find anything at the locker but on my site it shows that my parcel was collected by courier

Convenient and easy

I have used Pudo for about 3 years now, and it has been so easy and convenient. It takes around 3 days for a package to get delivered. Their various drop off points make it great to use.

Refund

I've been waiting now for a refund from Pudo from the 07/03/25,your consultants keep on holding me on a line with my refund.The problem with my parcel was'nt from my side so i suggest Pudo have to take full responsbility for this
