Zentrava doesn't reply to emails. It doesn't provide orders delivery updates. Terrible service experience. I dont recommend it to anyone....please don't buy or order anything from them....

I have been waiting since the 3rd of April for my order. I would not recommend buying from this company. They respond to my WhatsApp and emails every two weeks or so and say my order is being delivered but then nothing arrives. I have asked for a refund and get no response.

I've purchased from them twice, happy with the consistent communication and service.

I honestly don't trust the people who say they receive their product from Zentrava. I ordered the anti-cellulite oil paid R1700 for it and I still have not received my order. I wrote an email to them and they never responded. I then made a comment on Facebook and right after they sent me a tracking order email which lasted for 2 days and thereafter the page was not found. Again I went on Facebook and now they have blocked me because I have been commenting on all posts that they are scammers. Zentrava I a scam company, they take peoples hard earned money and on top of that treat you like nothing. I would not recommend it to anyone even to those who lie and say they receive the products. They are scammers and if there is a way, please try and help those who will purchase in future from them not knowing.

I’m frustrated writing this as I have placed an order on the 3rd of March 2026 to this day no response and still haven’t received my order… I would not recommend zenvatra to anyone seriously!!!!

Very disappointed! Placed my order mid March and still haven't received anything. I have send numerous emails where I may receive a reply every 2 weeks if lucky. First it was shortage of stock and after that they said that its being shipped and they will send me my tracking number. It's been a month since its been "shipped" and still nothing. My order is over R2000. Seriously thinking they are scammers. Would not recommend to anyone.

I ordered with this company on the 1st of March. As I write this review today I still haven’t received my order. They only responded to my WhatsApp message once I posted a review on here. They wanted to send me a gift to remove my review or write a positive review at least. I refused to do both and I wish others could do the same. I have requested that that they refund my money (R1698,00) but that too hasn’t happened. They are taking people’s hard earned money and disappear without delivering. I really with I could have read reviews before I placed an order. But I will keep writing reviews until they do something about my order.

I've placed an order on the 25th February. I have not heard anything regarding my package. I've emailed and WhatsApp them, yet both have been ignored.

Once I posted my review they messaged me asking me to take down my review as they are awaiting stock. I'm still waiting till today to receive my package (26/04/2026).

On Wednesday (29/04/2026) I tracked my package and saw it was at my local post office. Also for reference when we order it advises that it will be delivered to the address the buyer advises. It was sent to the post office. No communication was advised that it is there or any reference for collection. When I tracked the package it showed it was at the post office for over a week. I collected it and a week later I received an email from your company advising it is at the post office.

The company did contact me to check if I have received my package during the month of May. You do receive the items you order, its just the Communication is a bit poor.

Great service. Will be ordering with them again.
