Customer service rep Mark helped me with cancellation

I saw this on the internet and noticed that maybe I could find a deed to a home I was looking for in Maryland. I entered my information and then I see a charge of $25. I did not get the information I was originally looking for. I looked again and then I saw another charge for $36 for a total of $61 on my checking out. I called the 18555085838 and informed the rep that I did not get what I was looking for and that I did not authorize any $61 dollars to be debited from my checking account. she stated she would close account and refund would be issued but may take 3-5 days or even 10 business days according to my bank. I stated that I wanted this credited refunded ASAP and that no banks take 10 business days>.

I made a big mistake and it cost a lot of money. I got in touch with them and explained my error. They answered my email the same day.The next day they contacted me and credited my money. They were fast and courteous and it was resolved quickly. Wonderful people to deal with.

I was tryimg to reach Medina County records in Ohio and their website pushed into the public register after submitting all the info guaranteeing that I could get the unofficial record of a wedding that took place in the early 1980s. I paid a dollar and was on a different website for the public registry and re/only the information per the prompts. I was charged again for something I never received and then questioned the legitimacy and responded to a text where the folks on the other end could explain what happened. I was happy with the answers they gave me after looking into the issue because I was ready to report to the appropriate authorities. They kindly looked into it and explained what had occurred. I am thankful for their expedient help.

It was easy to find the info I needed and download it. Then I was able to cancel the subscription before I was charged again.

SCAMMERS does not make enough justice to describe these guys. They tell you it's 1$ and then they charge you $36. Then you complain, and they return the money in a flash... Previous reviews have been describing the same pattern so I will not go further.
Why are these guys in business and not in jail?

When I went to checkout it told me it was going to be $1. Then somehow I was charged $35. I emailed them immediately and they refunded my money but every screen after the checkout was just trying to get you to pay for more and more. Be cautious if you decide to use this site. I know I will never use it again.

I could not find the record I was searching for and then found out a charge was on my account I had no idea that I authorized. I contacted support and they very promptly explained the issue and listened to my mistaken charge. The csr was very understanding and refunded my account. I wish there were more customer service reps like this one. The csr helped me out at a very difficult time and I appreciate it more than they can know!

An error was made by me in making an inquiry . As I realized the mistake I made I contacted the support team for assistance. They immediately got back to me an assisted to correcting my mistake. They were fast, efficient, and very pleasnt to do business with.

I needed to cancel my account, but I couldn't find my password. They were very helpful in taking care of getting the account cancelled for me. First Emily and then Carl helped me and I greatly appreciate both of them.

While I wasn’t able to get the information I required, the service was personal and prompt. I would use this service again.

I had mistakenly signed up for their recurring service which I had no intention of doing as I did not read the fine print fully. However, when I contacted them they were very understanding and refunded the amount and cancelled the service without any hassle. I was very pleased with their ethical behavior and them not giving me the run around and refunding the money in full.
