Say test is free, all me to spend 15 minutes completing all questions to then charge me for results! Then they sign you up for a £39.95 a month subscription package which I did not sign up to! Absolute con!

I would strongly advise consumers to proceed with caution.

I signed up after the service was advertised as a free assessment, with what appeared to be a small one-off fee of $1.95 to access my results. The overall presentation gave the clear impression that this was a low-cost purchase, not the commencement of an ongoing subscription.

I later discovered that I had been enrolled in a subscription. Importantly, I logged into my account and cancelled within the advertised trial period. During the same session, I was presented with a message stating that I was still within the trial period and would not be charged.

Despite cancelling during the trial period and relying on that representation, I was subsequently charged $56.01.

When I contacted customer support, they refused to provide a refund and relied on their Terms and Conditions. In my view, this fails to address the core issue: the lack of transparency around the subscription, the misleading impression that the $1.95 fee was a one-off payment, and the contradiction between the trial-period messaging and the subsequent charge.

My experience was that the true cost of the service was not clearly disclosed and that the subscription model was far less transparent than it should have been. Consumers should carefully read all terms and monitor their accounts closely before providing payment details.

Based on my experience, I would not use this service again.

It was easy and simple to navigate.

I’ve been chronically ill for 30 years so I’m not sure if that is why I tested as high as I did. I’m 64 in two days and I didn’t have a clue I was on the spectrum. The test was easy to understand therefore very easy to answer clearly, which I appreciated. In retrospect it seems so obvious there was something different with the way my mind processed information, I’m grateful for the opportunity to understand exactly how.

I bought 1 test result from them for 1, 95 euro. A couple of days later they charged me 35, 95 euro out of the blue. There were NO explicit clarifications about buying one test turning to a subscription. MENSORIUM IS A BLATANT FRAUD. Keep away from any interactions with them.
