Good test to take easy

I give this site a 1* only because it doesn't go lower... they start out offering the tests invitingly enough, but make no mention of the $1.95 charge for results until the end. By then you've allowed your autistic child to spend well over an hour taking the test (which can take a mental/physical toll).
I don't know about others children, but mine went berserk meeting this unexpected $1.95 hurdle she didn't know how to face. It threw her into a fit... SHAME ON Mensorium! All you had to do is mention it at the beginning so a parent can prepare their child for what to expect. Doing it the way they do is a form of deceit, akin to lieing... again, SHAME ON Mensorium!
It's company's like yours that make caring for autistic children harder than it needs to be, you should be put out of business & I'm telling everyone I know exactly that!

A €1.95 “assessment” that’s actually a 3-day trial converting to a €39.95/month subscription, with the renewal terms buried at the bottom of a marketing email. When I requested a refund within the EU 14-day withdrawal window, support refused twice with a scripted reply claiming my withdrawal right was waived because I’d been auto-logged in — which is not what EU consumer law actually says. They ignored the specific legal points I raised and then stopped responding. Had to file a chargeback to recover the €39.95. Classic subscription-trap pattern. Hard avoid!

This is a predatory business model designed to charge people for a subscription they aren't aware of. The site frames the cost as a small fee to see your results but it's actually a trial for a much more expensive monthly subscription which can only be cancelled if you catch it before they charge you. They know it's wrong, that's why they have such a strict policy and a prepared customer service response. Stay away from this scam.

Avoid paying for anything off this site.
They have took money from my account for a subscription which I did not authorise and they will not refund me

I was almost charged 40 euros for a paid subscription that I was not aware that I signed for. I did a test, which I thought was free, but I could only see the results for 2 euros. It wasn’t much, so I decided to pay. However, I was shocked to read in the confirmation email that I have subscribed to the paid plan (which I had no intention to do) and that I will be charged monthly 40 euros!!! Luckily I unsubscribed in time, but this really ruined my whole day.

This company is extremely predatory when it comes to its ADHD tests, advertising $1.95 for a test, but it is in actuality only a payment for a three day trial. subsequently charging $40 without option to refund. The support staff have no empathy. Never use this website.

While the check shows £1,95. They then send you an email which tells you you’ve subscribed to a monthly fee of £39.95 every month after that. And it’s all hidden, not clear at check out and well below the fold on the email.

It made the process easy and it was affordable

Interesting process. I have not seen the test yet so I don't know how accurate it is. Mensorium asked for my rating before I had a chance to see the results.

Not a clear answer to whether I have autism or not. I understand the explanations in each category but not if they is dating I am or I'm not autist. Can you help with this please?
