Me vendieron una cuenta, alguien me cambió la contraseña y no me devolvieron el dinero, me estafaron básicamente

PSNGames.org *WILL NOT* refund you. Even if they have promised to, they will feed you lies. I noticed PSNGames.org are sub-selling their games through G2A.com (I had an email from them on the same date as I bought my game through PSNGames).

I implore anyone who is having issues with PSNGames to contact G2A.com immediately! After going through their own refund application (yes, they guarantee a refund should your game stop working, even if bought from a reseller). G2A has refunded my money this morning with a much higher level of professionalism.

Whats more, any issues logged with G2A go as black mark on PSNGames.

Don't trust this so-called "company".

Aspetto il rimborso di 3 giochi Nintendo da novembre.
Ogni volta che li contattavo (quando non erano offline) mi dicevano che erano molto dispiaciuti e che avrebbero mandato una segnalazione al supervisore per darmi la priorità del rimborso e che mi avrebbero rimborsato subito.
Da novembre sempre le stesse risposte (ho tutte le chat con gli operatori salvate).
Mi hanno detto anche che la pratica era stata avviata (non sanno mai la data) e che il rimborso mi sarebbe stato fatto da g2a.
Ho contattato g2a e, ovviamente, non ha mai ricevuto niente....ed ho perso 90€ con le garanzie che stanno per scadere.
Tra l'altro ora il sito è proprio offline con errore 520.

Bought 3 games in december, got one suspended account.
the rest never came.
I asked for refund and they told me it will take 3 weeks. This was shortly before christmas. My other purchases in the last years was very good.
Im very disappointed.

I’ve been chasing a refund for two months now, I’m always told the supervisor is working on it; yet they never do. The staff is rude and unhelpful too and now the website is completely gone.

Surely how they operate is highly illegal?

But there was a problem with delivery, and had to wait 7 more days. After that it still wasn't delivered, I want my money back and contacted support. after contact with support they promise to refund.

Now it's 14-3-2019 still fighting for my money
Had several conversations with the support team about the status of the refund but they all say the same I have to wait few days longer.

Don't order here and go to other shops I lost 32€ here

Mit der website war alles ok bis der account mit dem spiel drauf nicht mehr funktioniert hat und ich mein geld dafür zurück wollte. Im support chat wurde mir gesagt das wäre kein problem und ich werde innerhalb von 1 monat mein geld auf meinem konto haben. Das war vor einem halben jahr. Seitdem habe ich dem support team an die 10 male geschrieben und ich wurde immer abgewimmelt. Absolute Abzocke! Kauft euch lieber für 10€ mehr eure spiele über offizielle websites und spart euch so einen Mist.

Nach mehreren gebannten Accounts bei 2 Spielen hab ich mein Geld zurückgefordert via Paypal. Für ein Spiel hab ich es zurückbekommen, für das andere leider nicht. Letztendlich sind beide gebannt geworden und Interaktionen mit dem Support waren sehr shady. Ich dachte das die Seite runtergenommen wurde, da ich immer eine Wartungsarbeitnachricht erhalte, aber anscheinend können andere noch darauf zugreifen. Also schätze ich mal das ich gebannt wurde und ich hab auch letztendlich keins der Spiele mehr, obwohl ich eins noch bezahlt hab. Accounts waren noch aktiv in Nutzung(Playstation), und Spiele wurden mit geklauten Kreditkarten geholt(oder auf eine andere mit Nintendo nicht vertragbare Weise) und jegliche Handlung mit dem Support war einfach eine Katastrophe. Erwartet niemals das Spiel für länger als die Grantiezeit zu haben und bereitet euch darauf vor den Support öfter zu Kontaktieren als die eigenen Eltern.

Heb een half jaar geleden lets go pikachu en monster hunter gekocht en heb ze nog niet binnen op het begin kreeg ik heel veel accounts die het niet deden en moest ik weer 24 uur wachten op een nieuwe wat volgens hun aan hun inkoop partner lag ofzo, daarna was ik er klaar mee en vroeg ik men geld terug voor men 2 games en nog steeds niks elke keer komt er weer een maintenance tussen op de site en volgens hun ligt het aan g2a pay. Ik heb er eerder al 2 spellen gekocht die prima werken maar deze 2 heb ik niet binnen gekregen en geen geld.

Ich hab dort eine Minecraftizenz gekauft. Nach 2 Monaten hat diese Lizenz plötzlich nicht mehr funktioniert. Danach hab ich den Support bei psngames.org informiert und eine neue Lizenz bekommen. Nach 2-3 Wochen wars dann wieder vorbei. Wieder eine neue Lizenz erhalten und nach 2-3 Wochen wars wieder vorbei. Dieses Spiel hat sich dann noch einigemale wiederholt. Bei letzten mal musste ich dann aber ca. 2 Wochen warten, weil angeblich keine Lizenzen mehr vorhanden waren, Danach hab ich nach dem ich nachgefragt habe wieder eine Lizenz bekommen. Diese hat jetzt ca 3 Monate gehalten. Jetzt ist es wieder soweit. Nichts geht mehr Siehe da die Website ist nun nicht mehr erreichbar. Mir reicht es jetzt. Hab mir die Lizenz nun direkt von minecraft.net gekauft.

Bought a game 4 days ago, then i did not receive my xbox one games and now the website is down and i can't talk to any of the staff, never going to buy there anymore.
