I recently needed help navigating some auction details on Proxibid, and the support I received from Hugh was outstanding. He understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish and guided me directly to the information I needed without any runaround. Clear communication, fast responses, and genuinely helpful service. It’s great to see a support team that actually listens and solves the problem. Proxibid earned a lot of trust from me today.

I had a problem logging on, because of the password not being accepted. I got excellent information to solve the problem. Customer service was exceptional.

When I reached out to proxy bid about the system locking down because of too many attempts to add a new credit card, they immediately sent me the steps to correct

The auction is nothing but a scam I'm a dealer and have been to auctions all my life and have never seen anything like what they are getting away with . First I called and asked is it a live auction to come in person and was told no but yet when you bid on line and get out bid multiple times by onsite bid they say it's bids from another site ( all that is them running your bid up ) then they even have the nerve to back up after they fly by your bid and try and act like they had money when they really didn't . 1) why have a fake ringman yelling in the background like their is bids coming in 🤣 2) why can't you see the auction block live?

Two issues: 1) inability to contact vendor about missing purchase. Went to Proxibid (after exhausting attempts to contact a human) and asked for assistance. Proxibid said they would intercede and contact their channels since vendor never answered their phone nor responded to innumerable e-mails.and get back to me... cue crickets chirping... never heard from Proxibid or vendor again. Thankfully, my bank withdrew the charge. Second, the same vendor has been noted offering expensive high-end silver coins but their address kept changing sometimes the same company advertised using multiple addresses simultaneously. Emailed Proxibid to alert them to this suspicious practice. No response. No noticeable action. More dead air. Last I checked, the phantom vendor and Proxibid continue to do business.

In my opinion This company is very professionally took care of my problem real quick and a great auction company

Hi, I overbid on an item. I called them to reduce my bid to at least the winning amount and they said they couldn't. Beware when bidding. I bought from them before. With no customer appreciation. Go directly to the auctioneer. Much safer.

Within 24 hours I discovered and reported two illegal actions taken by a seller on Proxibid. The first was an incorrect listing for a "yellow quilt" shown as brown and white by the auction house. Within 24 hours of my complaint a revised photo correctly showed the same quilt in YELLOW. The second incident is more serious (and ignored by Proxibid thus far); after stating this (same) auction would be delayed for weeks and not allowing any public bids to be made Proxibid failed to detect and forbid this auction house from listing multiple "secret bids" on Proxibid, violating ethical standards online bidders expect Proxibid to monitor and uniformly enforce.

Very difficult to register even though I was registered in the past. Maybe because I am in Europe but after numerous attempts at registration and after contacting the support many times eventually gave up trying. Not a great way of bidding in my opinion.

The response to my inquiry was timely and informative. In this time of poor performances and non-responses, I was gratified to quickly receive an informative answer.

Had an outstanding issue that required research & attention to get resolved. Problem was resolved on my first call to customer support

I have always been happy with the auction items and have some wonderful pieces at good prices. We got a new chair for my husband's library for $1.00! Not every deal is quite that amazing, but I love that no longer wanted items can find new homes with this auction service in my area.
