worse customer service ever~!!
I'm writing this review in regards to protect my car claims department. I had an rental car for several days as my car was in the shop for repair. I paid out of pocket expense and submitted my claim for reinbursement for car rental. I called the claim department for a status update on when I would recieve the reinbursement as it has been over a month. The claims department tried to offer their credit card for the cost of $150 I explain to the represenative that process doesn't work and I requested a regular check to me mailed to me. The represenative was unprofessional. I requested to speak to a supervisor and the representative said he doesn't have a supervisor. In additon to paying $150 out of pocket expense the claims department refused to send me a check to cover my expenses. The worse service ever!

Best Promotional Email I ever Opened
I had my car towed to Hendrix Chevrolet when it went completely dead. Found out tat y alternator went out. Gave them my card and they contacted your offices. Even the service rep at the dealer was impressed with how smooth everything went. Instead of paying 900.00 for services I paid 238.69. That's a big difference from what I was looking at. Thank you so much. Best promotional email I ever opened!!!!!

The mechanic i go too, had no problems getting paid from protect my car. That was good news too me. They were surprised that oil changes were covered, they had never heard of a company doing that, they dealt with other companies who do not cover that.

Si bien comprendemos sus frustraciones e insatisfacciones, cumplimos con los requisitos de cobertura estándar de la industria. Estos requisitos son que cada cliente mantenga y dé servicio a sus vehículos de acuerdo con las pautas del fabricante, con recibos verificables. Lamentamos no poder cubrir su reparación. Después de una revisión de su cuenta, encontramos que estaba informado. Le explicó que no podíamos aprobar su reclamo sin registros de servicio verificables. Si tiene otras preguntas o inquietudes, llame a Loyalty al 844-556-4762 para que podamos brindarle más ayuda, según sea necesario.
