The company has an average down payment of $99, which is low compared with other car warranty companies. The daily cost for a Protect My Car plan is about the cost of a fancy cup of coffee. Deductibles are $100 for Supreme and $200 for Select and Driveline coverage plans. Protect My Car has a 30-day money-back guarantee. Once I got an answer after calling, the response to my request was prompt. The only thing that can be improved on so far is the long wait-time while holding on the phone.

My only issue is that there was a problem with the payment system and they wanted me to pay for it and get reimbursed later which I was not prepared to do. Luckily Pep Boys let me get my car and waited for the payment later(whenever your system came back up). Kudos to Pep Boys!!!

We had a family emergency and had to drive out to California, we needed to get iur oil changed and when we did we had it changed just called car protect and it was taken care of and we were on the road in 30 minutes

Slow service on approval
They are the slowest on getting approvals on repairs. So far, it has taken over a week and we are stuck out of town with broken down vehicle but they could care less. They have asked us by three different people for oil change records and they gave them but still no answer on approval. It has now been 9 days and still no answer.
