Awful customer service - con merchants.
Wellies were 2 to 3 sizes too large - clearly a fault, but they would not refund my £15 wellies unless I wasted £10 on postage, and then I had the uncertainly if they would refund or not, as the refund would only be if they agreed they were faulty. Complete waste of time - don't bother, their customer service is a joke.

Thank you for your review of course we don't agree with most of what you are saying.
We don't know if they are 'clearly faulty' as we are unable to determine since we haven't received the wellingtons back yet. We have offered a number of solutions including a refund to the carriage charge when the boots were deemed faulty.
The offer still stands, so if you would now like to send the boots back to us so that we can investigate your claims please feel freet o do so.

Dunlop wellies
The Dunlop non reinforced wellington boots arrived on time and are just as described. I would have preferred to get a 7 and a half rather than my usual 8 as they come up big but no half sizes. Easy to get on and off and at a very good price. Thanks

Slow delivery and poor comunication.
I am still waiting for an order that was placed 3 weeks ago, despite the item being listed as in stock. I have emailed twice and called multiple times but to no avail. Would not recommend if you want actually want your item.

Ordered on 28th of November
Ordered on 28th of November, emailed twice in the last week looking for update on delivery, even did the contact us form and no reply back. Product appear to be still processing over two weeks later. No communication. Website updated a few days after orders saying orders are taking longer. Ridiculous service.
