Having been in the supply chain industry for 30+ years, as both a hirer and candidate, I’ve seen recruiters and recruitment companies move away from forging relationships and displays of the ‘personal touch’ instead favouring a simple transactional exchange or as a candidate, worse still, just plain ‘ghosting.’ My view is that they are an industrial necessary evil, until I met Leah Jones of Proprec!
