I received a call from Katy, with regards a job that even I probably wouldn't have thought was something within my skill set. But after a quick char realised that I could be. Its so refreshing and inspiring, to hear from a recruiter that didn't pigeon hole a candidate based on their previous experience, bit had taken the time to look into their skills and have a real understanding about the industry that people are from and the knowledge to be able to see how skill sets can be transferable.
