Property Success Alliance Omdömen

Amazing course…….Amazing trainers………great weekend. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to get into HMOs.

After attending the 3 day Commercial Conversion course, I signed up for the Mastermind Program and I am having such a positive experience. We get superb monthly 1-2-1 mentoring from Dan Eaton and get fantastic rapport from the rest of the team. The support is phenomenal and just today, five offers were made on potential purchases.

Joining the Commercial Conversion Mentorship Programme with Dan Eaton has been one of the most valuable decisions I’ve made in my property investment journey. The programme delivers exactly what it promises — practical, high-level insight into the commercial-to-residential conversion process, backed by real-world experience and ongoing support.

Dan’s depth of knowledge in this niche sector is second to none. What really sets him apart is his ability to break down complex deals and development strategies into clear, actionable steps. From sourcing and analysing deals, through planning and design, to financing and managing conversions, every stage is covered with expert guidance.

The mentorship isn't just theoretical — you’re encouraged to get out there and apply what you’re learning. Dan is hands-on, accessible, and genuinely invested in your success. His approach is both strategic and grounded in commercial realities, which has helped me avoid costly mistakes and focus on what really drives profit and value.

Whether you're looking to do your first commercial conversion or scale an existing portfolio, this programme gives you the tools, confidence, and support to move forward. It’s not just about learning — it’s about growing as a developer with clarity and purpose.

Highly recommended for anyone serious about succeeding in the commercial conversion space.

Joined the commercial conversion Training course last December and so far the training has been second to none.
Great content and mentorship from Dan and I would recommend this course to anyone interested in this property strategy.

Currently doing the commercial conversion course with Dan Eaton.
Content is excellent and Dan is always available for any issues we may have. We meet once a month in our mastermind group.

Can highly recommend the Commercial Conversion training: 3-day workshop was excellent value, and the follow-on mastermind is going great guns!

Had the most amazing training experience with Katy Wilson. She gives you the tools and knowledge you need to be successful. If you’re willing to do the work and put the effort in it all pays off. She give you the confidence to go out with the tools to be successful on your own while still guiding you in the right direction when you need it.
If you wanted success then you’re looking at reviews for the right company and people!

I initially attended the deal packaging masterclass , it was a small group , packed full of content and great value for money meaning you could hit the ground running.
I joined the mastermind as I knew I wanted and needed support in my property journey,
I can honestly say Katy is a brilliant mentor . Her experience and knowledge is second to none. She really cares about each of her mentees and supports us at every step. Giving honest advice and creating action plans to get you to exceed your goals.

Katy's Deal Packaging course is the best training course out there (and I've done loads of them)

Too many courses only give you 'just enough' and you need to buy the next course to get the real information you need to succeed.

Not with Katy Wilson! She shows you everything you need to know so you can actually do the job from even before you leave the training room.

I can't recommend her courses highly enough

I had a very positive experience with Property Success Alliance. Their property coaching program exceeded my expectations in every way. The team is knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping you succeed.

What stood out most was how practical and actionable their guidance was. They don’t just give theory—they help you understand the real-world steps needed to make smart property decisions and build long-term success. The coaching gave me the confidence and clarity I needed to move forward with my investment goals.

If you're serious about building a future in property, I highly recommend Property Success Alliance. Their experience and approach make all the difference.

Went to a deal packaging event last month, Katy Wilson was bang on the money, just need to keep learning and listening to her every step of the way, thanks

Katy is so down to earth and has so much knowledge! I have learnt so much already and can’t wait to learn more! What an experience x

Just completed 3 day course with Dan Eaton on Property success Alliance. Fantastic content, fun , yet real knowledge being gained. Dan is a great deliverer and very knowledgeable. Great to also know that he has done development and continues to do so. So many trainers talk the talk, but Dan actually does the walk and has the experience.

I've been with the Property Success Alliance since December 24 and so far it's been an exiting journey.
The Commercial training is well presented with great monthly, in person meetings analysing deals and learning from other like minded developers experiences.
Great course with a great team.
Dan has an abundance of knowledge and a very successful portfolio. I wod definitely recommended if this is a strategy of interest.
