Disappointing Proofreading and Editing Experience: Unaddressed Feedback and Unreasonable Fees
I recently submitted my document for proofreading and editing, and to my surprise, it was returned within just a few hours with minimal changes. Despite providing feedback and requesting further modifications, the service provider declined to address my concerns. Instead, they demanded a new fee for any additional work. This experience has been both frustrating and disappointing.

Additionally, while our service doesn't include back and forth with the editor, they often ask questions about a customer’s work to encourage the customer to double-check and make changes where necessary.

Therefore, we gladly offered to re-proofread your document after you made the editor’s recommended changes. Whether there will be a cost for this or not depends on the percentage of changes made.

Impressed...but
I was impressed by how detailed the review was and how well the amendments and corrections fit the gist of my thesis.
However, there was one point that I would like to make and that is, it would be wise to check with your client if you change the capitalisation of a word, for example, a lowercase b to capital B.
