Very poor everyone else has had the same crappy no responses service. They ruined my teeth because the moved so much as it took 4 months to send A bogus poor quality retainer. Never replied when I told them it was too large and didn't fit. Poor materials, cheap costume. Movie prop device. I too should have read the reviews! They were very nice accepting the order and getting them old kid out and again they screwed me over I sent my original retainer that was broken hoping that they'd have the courtesy even attempt to fix it and they did not return it I had it in a retainer case with my name address phone number on and I sent it along with the mold for reference cuz it's a special retainer with springs and they have not sent it back to me I don't know where they sourced out this like I said people in jail could be making them it's a skill they teach in jail or they're out porting them to India and having some poor kids make them they're using the wrong wire and my orthodontist wouldn't touch it and my third and last exam was last week I'm bumming I wore braces and my retainer faithfully for over 30 years and they screwed it up with no remorse no replacement no response I need my original retainer back to possibly have it fix it a local lab here they just don't give a s*** bad business practice and it also came from a different place I ordered from pro night guard.com in a special color which I didn't get and it came from smile retainers.com either way the phone number is the same they never answer and they were easily answering the chat when I was placing the order but they don't take the check they say I'm sorry we're away for the desk right now they don't do s*** for you very very poor business practice and customer service. 😠 My estimates very between $6,500 and two others at 6,700 they want me to wear braces again since my teeth shifted so much these morons took forever to send it and they sent the wrong item very very poor business practice customer service and yes it is a scam and like my dad said haha you dummys and I fell for it absolutely unbelievable they don't belong to the better Business bureau but you can try to complain I'm trying to get my freaking original retainer bag that cost me $574 over 20 years ago they haven't sent it back either the morons. Heed the warnings ⚠️

Just like everyone else, I got the kit to make the mold,
but still waiting on retainers, which I am pretty sure will never come. I have emailed and emailed no reply. Don't be fooled, just go back to your ortho and get them made, will never make retainers thru the mail again.

They never shipped our retainer.
They don't answer the phone, don't return calls, and don't answer emails.

I should’ve checked the reviews here and on other sites because man I got scammed too. As the other reviewers I ordered my retainers , received and sent back the impressions. Then went through hell trying to contact them about updates when weeks passed. Finally received tracking 2 months later, only for it to be fake and say waiting for item. I wish their “business” goes down the drain this is crazy. Trying to get my money back in the mean time. Steer clear from them.

I ordered my retainer in March 2021 and still haven't received it after multiple attempts to contact them. I was able to speak with someone in customer service back in April but since then, no one answers the phone. Everytime I email them, I'm just given a response like "your package will ship in 2-3 days, sorry for the inconvenience" but nothing. I was emailed a USPS tracking number but it hasn't been dropped off at the post office. Unacceptable.

I was supposed to have my retainers shipped over two weeks ago with an email giving me the tracking number. Never received an email or my retainers. It’s an expensive purchase so I’m pretty peeved about losing so much money and I’m not sure my bank can dispute the charge. Have sent any emails, reviewed on their site, and hope to hear back from them about a refund.

They never shipped me the retainer. I called, and there wasn't even a message on their voicemail. I sent several emails and never got any reply. They are a total scam.

Their "business" model apparently is they send you the initial impressions to create your retainer and then never actually send you the finished product...

Received an email a month after the initial order placement saying they were working on my retainers once they received the impressions which could take 7-10 days to complete and tracking would be provided. No update or order info found and no responses to emails or questions pertaining to an update or tracking 2 weeks later...
Disputed charge with CC company, 2 months later and no product...A waste of of time and money buyer beware!

5/3/21 UPDATE: I'm changing this from 1 to 3 stars. My retainers actually arrived today! I'd given up but they actually exist, they're well made and fit great. I almost didn't trust the box when it arrived. Perhaps they're just swamped - perhaps they only make retainers for people who complain loudly enough. But anyway, they finally came through. I'd give them more stars except for the incredible delays and the fact that nobody on their emails has a last name.
Original (1 STAR) - mid-April, 2021: After you order & pay, they send out a dental impression kit with emails that contain a nicely done video on how to take your impression, convincing "order lookup" that cranks out a professional-looking fake invoice, etc.. Also have decent-looking web presence. Unfortunately all they took was my $238.00. The dental impression kit materials (which are legit) and website (and non-obvious fake reviews) convey the "impression" that it's legit, but it is NOT. I also reported it to the BBB's Scam Alert. Need to run them out of town on a rail. Stay very far away!

Ordered on Jan 26, received the impression kit rather quickly. I did not make the impressions correctly and the company contacted me and sent me another kit. Made the correct impressions and received an email on March 8, stating that it would take 7-10 business days. As of today, the company will not respond to emails, chats or phone calls. VERY upset, I contacted my bank and due to the purchase being made over 90 ago there is nothing that they can do about it. However, I did report the company to the BBB and I suggest others do the same to get this company off of the market so they will not be able to scam anyone else!

I believe I am another victim of this SCAM.
I ordered my retainer on Feb 23rd and I am still waiting to receive them.
I contacted by email 3 times. Only received 1 answer that they would ship in a week. It's more than a month and nothing.
I will contact my credit card to dispute this charge.

Complete scam. It has been months since I ordered and I still have not received my retainer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Complete scam. I went on the site asking if they shipped to Canada and they said they did. They walked me through the process of receiving the impression kit, how to take an impression and what the next steps would be.
I ordered the impression kit and they sent me an email that it would be sent in 24 hours. It was never sent. I waited 3 days before trying to contact them about what was going on. They ignored all my emails, the live chat would immediately exit out of the conversation. Their phone number isn't their phone number and if you look up the company address its actually the address for a UPS store.
Learned my lesson and I will never order a retainer online again. Will stick to going to the orthodontist.

I ordered a retainer kit from this company. After pestering them I finally received the impression kit two weeks later. I mailed it back. Four days later I received a "it will take 7-10 days" email. One day 11, I received a "we are working on your retainer email". The phone number doesn't work nor does the chat function on their website. Stay far, far away.

Pro Night Guard - SCAM LIKELY. I paid for a retainer and did not receive an impression kit until I had to contact them. After receiving the impression kit with no instructions I had to contact them for days and finally got a response through text message. I sent the impressions back over a month ago and the company is not responding to emails or calls. I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Purchased a pair of Hawley retainers from ProNightGuard website. Received the impression kit in the mail without any direction to make the impressions. After talking to a customer support agent named Megan through text message with a random 415 phone # to get directions, I mailed back the impression kit a few days later to the address 635 E Maryland Ave. Suite B. Phoenix AZ 85012. Wanting to check the status of my retainers a week later, I was not able to reach any customer support from this point on. No return phone calls, no text message reply, no email reply, NOTHING. After trying for a week, I disputed my transaction with my bank. I still have not heard back from them until this day, which is about a month later. I believe they are a total scammer. Please be aware stay away!!!
