Great Service
Great Service, my emails were answered promptly, even over the weekend.
The outboard was dispatched promptly and the courier arrive on time.
The price for the outboard was the same as everywhere else, but it included free covers for the battery and outboard leg, very useful for transport and storage.

There’s so much choice when ordering on Google I checked this firm out pre hand because have been ripped off on a Google site before also rang them and was impressed by there phone Manner.ordered a expensive item which was shipped next day at no extra cost . I bought an E-Propulsion outboard on next day delivery. While the courier company only delivered part of the order (and quoted another 24 hours for the outstanding part), Ben (Director) was superb. Great customer service and highly recommended!

This purchase felt like I'd been scammed!
You know that feeling when you think you may have been scammed? I never expected buying a very expensive outboard from a reputable dealer would feel so much like that. V poor customer service, failure to return voicemails or answer emails or provide delivery tracking resulted in that sinking feeling. Fortunately the courier came to the rescue with information.
Since writing the above, the company have investigated and we have reached a speedy and fair compromise. Having read previous reviews this appears to have been an isolated incident brought about by a combination of events. These things happen in even the best run businesses. Don't let my initial experience put you off as the follow up was excellent.

Hi Len, gosh I'm so sorry that there has clearly been a breakdown in communication! This is honestly the first we have heard that there has been a problem- we havent received any email from you, we have checked all inboxes including spam/junk and there is nothing. We also havent received anything from the courier to say that something is amiss, so even at this point I don't know what exactly went wrong. Normally, if something is out of the ordinary then the courier tells us right away but we have received nothing on this line either. We take our job of customer service and communication very seriously, and as you can see from all recent reviews, this is indeed something people complement us on so I'm just so sorry it hasn't worked out this time. I will reach out to you via email to see what has happened, and once again, so sorry that you have been put out.
