Easy and doesn't taste that bad. However it's extremely expensive and it is not personalized for me. I have double the results using AI to design a fast for my personal goals and it's tailored to my BMI and labs.

That said, it is a little hard for me to justify the cost from the customer perspective. This was a professional, beautifully packaged protocol. The 5 day fast was really not difficult, and although I was afraid the food would be hard to get down, it was actually good. I am in love with the Olives!! I had more energy, my brain was clearer and I lost weight, which does not usually happen easily. Will do this regularly.

Ordering process not so great, we will see…
I wanted to use my FSA account to purchase this product. There is no link that they say there is in order to do this. When you email customer service, they just keep sending you the same instructions. However, you cannot follow through with the instructions because the link is no longer there. I also feel with the product this expensive, shipping should be included in the price. I did order the product and I’m waiting for it to come in to see if it’s quality.
