The Prolon kits are complete and they have easy instructions. I liked having the ability to get on a Zoom call and learn each day about the fast and what to expect as well as have an opportunity to ask questions. They provide good education and encouragement via emails, Zoom and their dietitians. Meeting with a dietitian makes it even more personalized and gets all your questions answered, as well as helps prepare you for life after the Fast moving towards a longevity diet.

Solid science. Proven results. 5 day FMD helped me lose 30 lbs of fat while maintaining muscle mass and strength at age 73. As a retired MD PhD my doctors at Mayo simply said it couldn’t be done. I am more than happy to have proven them wrong. And it helped with a number of my medical issues.

Good product if you can purchase it..
I find the product helpful with my auto immune disease. BUT.... it is very difficult to purchase regularly from Australia. Customer Service is very poor in that it says it understands and wants to help but then does nothing to help!! In this day and age it should not be so hard to buy something from USA.I buy from Iherb, EMR-Tek, Audacious Nutrition, all with no issues. I do not understand why I can't purchase Prolon FMD kit from USA.

It appears that this review may be related to an order placed through Prolon Australia rather than L-Nutra Health. While we are affiliated companies and our customer support team assists customers in both regions, L-Nutra Health and Prolon Australia operate separate fulfillment systems.
We understand your frustration regarding product availability in Australia, and we sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced. Historically, inventory challenges in Australia have occasionally resulted in products being unavailable when customers were ready to order. We recognize that this was frustrating and did not meet the experience we strive to provide.
Although our customer service team supports both U.S. and Australian customers, Prolon kits intended for Australia cannot be shipped directly from our U.S. warehouse. Australian inventory is manufactured, imported, and distributed specifically to meet Australian regulatory and customs requirements, and individual kits shipped from the United States are not approved for direct import into Australia.
To better serve our Australian customers, we maintain inventory within Australia, which allows for faster fulfillment and delivery once orders are placed. We have also recently strengthened our operations and inventory planning processes to help prevent future stock shortages and improve product availability.
We truly appreciate your feedback and apologize that your experience fell short of expectations. Our team is committed to providing the best possible support to all Prolon customers, and we are actively working to ensure a smoother experience for customers in Australia moving forward.

L-Nutra helped to lower A1C
I signed up with L-Nutra after having done the 5-day Prolon Fast. My goal is too lower A1C and reduce the dosage of Metformin. I was impressed with Dr. Scheuer as she provides many references to give me guidance. I told her that I would inform my primary care physician of this program. I also am grateful to Nicole the dietician who met with me and answered all my questions and encouraged me. My A1C has dropped significantly from 6.2 to 5.7 so my doctor decreased Metformin dosage to 500mg. I feel this is a great program and would recommend

FMD with Prolon is life saving!! It's keeping me NED!!
Prolon is a great way to jump start your health journey. I am a stage 4 cancer survivor and Prolon is one of my protocols I turn to to keep myself cancer free with NED (NO EVIDENCE of Disease). I recommend it to anyone who is in need of gaining control over their relationship with food, disease and chronic issues. Read the book the Longevity Diet and Starving Cancer by Vaulter Longo....before you start this program....it will help a great deal with explaining the science behind the genius! I loved the individual coaching...and if it's in your budget...this is a great way to start, if not...the group coaching when you go through a Prolon FMD week is great too. I'm a believer and will always be a SUPER FAN!!

I really don’t want to stop the program, but I don’t know what else to do!
I truly value my dietitian and the individuals I’ve interacted with — they have been wonderful, and I believe in the program itself. Unfortunately, my overall customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. In November I realized I had accidentally signed up for the wrong program and immediately asked that the ProLon FMD shipments be stopped because I already had multiple boxes. Despite that request, the boxes continue to be shipped to my home and I can even see another one pending through USPS. At the same time, I am being charged nearly $200 per month and still do not have a clear explanation of the billing.
I genuinely want to continue working with my dietitian and benefit from the program, but the ongoing shipping and billing issues have not been resolved despite multiple attempts to address them. I sincerely hope someone can review my account and correct this situation so I can remain a customer with confidence.
