AVOID!

Do yourself a MASSIVE favour and avoid this horrendous organisation! Very happy to take your money, but at the first sniff of an issue they will completely ghost you!

I ordered a body kit for my car from them. Some of the pieces were missing and the others didnt fit! I got through to them the very first time i called and the man on the phone told me he is not in the office. I have not gotten through to anyone since! I have been trying for DAYS!

AVOID THESE JOKERS!

Edit: @Trustpilot I would really appreciate it if you would allow us to upload images so i can show all who reads this what these jokers are refering to.

The images they are refering to had NOTHING to do with the diffuser. Instead of questioning peoples intelligence maybe these muppets can try and actually COMMUNICATE with there customers to avoid receiving such reviews!

I have cut my loses and moved on.

Like i said, AVOID!

You contacted us on Friday evening, and we responded outside business hours. The installation photos you sent showed the rear diffuser being fitted to the front of the vehicle, which explains why it would not fit. We highlighted this error in our response.

You then asked us to recommend a local installer, but we had no one in your area to recommend. This kit requires competent installation, and incorrect positioning of parts is not a product fault. The claim that we ignored you is inaccurate, and we have the correspondence and photos to support this.

Purchased a quicksilver exhaust with project rebel for a defender l663 , wow did these guys pull
Out all the punches , the prices beat everyone else’s, the communication was great , a real credit to the guys at project rebel , credit is due , thanks guys , exhaust is now installed and sounds out of this world , well

Great service, the quality of the goods is excellent and the whole process of ordering and receiving delivery was easy, quick and hassle free.

Parts just exhaust pipe system put a discount code in got accepted two days later they told me that discount code does not work for that product but you can use the discount code on the product. Then they keep your money for two days and it takes ages to get it back. Scam.

We contacted you within two hours of your order—not two days—to explain that the discount code had incorrectly applied to an excluded exhaust kit. We offered the kit at cost, approximately 15% off instead of 20%, which you declined.

A full refund was issued within four hours of ordering. Payment processing can take around 24 hours; we did not hold your money for two days. The claim that this was a scam is inaccurate.

Avoid avoid avoid

I purchased a bonnet for my Defender which arrived damaged in transit and of extremely poor quality. The manufacturing tolerances were dreadful – the vents didn’t fit, the bonnet was bent, and it was clearly cheap imported rubbish sold at a premium price.

Despite sending clear photo and video evidence, the company ignored my messages and tried to claim it was fitted incorrectly, which was completely untrue. My body shop confirmed it was poorly made and impossible to align properly.

I’ve been a loyal customer and spent hundreds with them on other products, yet received no service or support when this went wrong. I had to go through my bank to get a refund, and I’m still hundreds of pounds out of pocket in repair, painting, and fitting costs.

Very unscrupulous business – avoid at all costs.

When you reported the transit damage, we agreed to cover the dent repair cost quoted by your body shop, as you were already having the bonnet painted. We also offered to adjust the bonnet’s fitment free of charge at our premises, which you declined.

Bonnet alignment requires careful, sometimes time-consuming adjustment beyond simply bolting it on. Your claim that we provided no service or support is inaccurate: we agreed to cover the dent repair and offered free fitment assistance.

Fantastic to deal with, great advise and good deals to be had.
Delivery was fast and the products, whilst not fitted yet, look great quality.
