Intense but Rewarding
A very intense 4 days to complete the foundation and practitioner courses - covers a lot of content - but the unique layout of 3 days to cover foundation allowed more time to understand how all aspects come together. Great that the course is diversified to projects outside of IT.

Very well presented. It always helps to learn when you receive instruction form a person who has experience in the area being presented and add stories of their work which are anchored in the text and process. Dan did a very good job in making the theory come to life.

Excellent course with lots of great tools and techniques you can use in leading change within organisations or tackling change yourself. Would recommend to anyone who is working in a projects role who is facing into change, a leader within a team or a people manager.

I work in change management but it helped highlight some of the things that I am doing right as well as things I could be doing better. Dan's facilitation style makes it easy to understand the theory and the activities help you understand how to apply it in pragmatically.
