Bikes are great. We received wrong bike but this was rectified very quickly before Christmas. Beach cruiser bikes are just what we wanted and perfect for our holidays!

Just perfect , a hassle free quality experience. We bought a 26” BMX bike online on the 26/11/2023 Invoice # CS405376 from pro gear for my sons 13th birthday this December 2023 . From the ease of choosing online to the actual shipment and unboxing the item wherein, it came out better than it looked online was just a perfect joyful ride with progear . Need I say more !

The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because after payment I didn't receive any information about delivery for a few days.
Also the link to track my order in the email I received was for the wrong delivery company so the tracking number I had didn't work for that company, so I thought that I had been scammed.
Luckily it was a mix up and I was able to find the right tracking company for my order.
Other than that, Progear Bikes was great!

Ordered a Biggie bmx, came within 4 days. Easy to assemble as part assembled. Just tightened everything up and all was good.

Cheap quality overall
1. Tyres were not aligned had a bubble in both tyres after inflating
2. Front handle comes lose after every bump even after I tightened to the max level
3. Over priced according to quality.
4. Gears are not all working
5. Will not buy a progear in future and let my friends know to stay away from this shifty so called ‘ Brand ‘

The website was very explanatory about the bike & its features. Anything I wasn’t sure about, I was able to clarify by an online chat with the store.
The bike itself has exceeded my expectations, it’s the right size for me, comfortable & easy to ride. I also love the colour, the large display and its ease of use. I mostly use it as a push bike but love the option to use its power to help me up the odd hill. I’m over 50!

My experience was great, I had no knowledge of bicycles but with just phone calls I was able get help from progear stuff. Eventually I bought my bike which arrived within specified time and I like it.

Bike is great. I had some problem with the assembly instructions and contacted the call centre. They were helpful but the link they sent was for a different bike and it did not solve the problem I was having attaching the front mudguard. I just had to remove a nut - but I did have to work this out myself.
