Terrible service
Terrible service. Do not order from here. I ordered a bbq and it was the wrong colour and all scratched. The seller would not pay for the cost of the return shipping even though I had the wrong product and it was damaged. Apparently a scratched product is acceptable to them. I also purchased shipping insurance but the seller said scratches are not ‘damage’ and I could not make a claim here. If they can not deliver a product internationally without any damage, they should not be selling internationally. Do not waste your time and order from here.

You received the correct product — the Cyprus Foukou BBQ in the triangle style — as listed and described on our website. While you reported some surface scratches, we explained that these were minor cosmetic issues which do **not affect the product's function**. The item can still be fully assembled and used for barbeque as intended.
We offered you the option to return the item for a refund, but as per our clearly stated policy, **return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer**, especially for international orders involving large, heavy products.
Despite this, you chose to **reverse the payment while keeping the product**, which we believe is not fair or in good faith. A full refund while retaining the item amounts to receiving the product for free.
You also mentioned shipping insurance, but please note that **insurance typically covers serious damage or loss**, not minor scratches that do not impact functionality. This is standard.
We always aim to provide quality products and clear policies, and we regret that this experience didn’t meet your expectations. We are still open to a fair and reasonable resolution.

The box came opened
The box came opened. I haven’t set up the grill yet as I have exams will do so in 3 weeks and update the review. But not happy up to now
To reply to the company. I was not here when I arrived as I came later to the University. When I did see the box the University reception staff wrote on the box and informed me that “it was open on delivery”

We ordered a bottle of Zivania and Ouzo and the bottles were exceptionally packaged! There was no way that the bottles were going to get damaged. Items arrived just in time for the event we were having. Will definitely order again. Great experience
