The machine arrived with no reservoir for wdd as yet and broken mouthpiece. No way to reach your company. No one replies to my email or phone message after I dug around find the number. Maybe call me to rectify. 617-877-4286??

Scan protocol was simple to follow, order turn around was fast and product quality meets expectataions so far.

Normally this would have been a 5-star review.
But I got my unit. The machine was amazing after a little bit. My machine stopped working. I called Proclaim 10 plus times to get this resolved.
No callbacks. MSG after MSG. Months have gone by. Finally, last week I get an email from them saying sorry to hear about your problem, and giving me some tips such as trying to unplug the machine and plugging it back in as if I haven’t tried that. Anyway, I reply back to that email telling the lady the machine is broken and I need to send it back and get a new one. Nothing. No reply again. And it’s been weeks. You would think customer service would be better when you’re paying $1300 for a unit.

So in short this machine is amazing but if you have a machine that goes bad I guess good luck trying to get a replacement or repair

I have been using Proclaim for the last few weeks since I received it and it quickly became part of my daily routine and I enjoy using it. My new favorite dental home care product!

It's easy to use. Makes cleaning our son's teeth much easier.

Terrific platform, easy to use and set up. Feels great, and literally takes less than 30 seconds (from filling system to the 7-second oral cleaning. I sometimes do it twice :-)

I was skeptical at first, but the Proclaim won me over by the second use—my mouth felt so fresh and clean. Now that I’ve turned it up a level, the cleaning is even more vigorous and effective. So happy with this buy!

I like using the device. Instruction for set up and use were clear and concise. It is easy to use, and I do not have any problem with water mess on sink or mirror. More helpful tips relative to use would be nice, like how many times a day can it be used and best to use before or after brushing. I appreciated how well it was packaged for shipping to prevent damage. I like the storage box for the mouthpiece. Mouth & teeth feel very clean after use. I feel like it was priced fairly for it's quality.

I first used the proclaim machine in the United States, it was leaking but I decided to put tape around it. The plastic container where you put the water does not fully secure to the machine, everytime I put water, water shoots out of the 3 holes in the machine, making a mess, I told customer service back in August about my intention to take it to france to use, never once in the exchange did they mention that my warranty would get voided if I took it out of the United States, so now when I emailed them, they told me that my warranty is voided but I can pay $399 for a new system. Low quality machine and low quality customer service, genuine customer service would be telling me that it violates warranty but as a one time thing they can give me a new one. The machine should be high quality in the first place, do not get this product.

I am pretty much the ideal use case for Proclaim. I ordered in Nov. of 2023 and had a bunch of dental work to get done and finally got my scan over to them. I’m disabled and bedridden. Despite years of meticulous dental hygiene, it was something I could no longer do on the same schedule due to my limitations. I have bought every dental gadget possible to maintain my dental health. That includes brushing robots, powered water floss machine in various form factors, powered handheld toothbrushes from mechanical action to ultrasound to ultrasonic, and many of these were targeted towards children but pretty perfect given my circumstance.

Adding the Proclaim to my library of gadgets is a step in the right direction. Even if it were the only device I had for flossing, it would stave off a lot of plaque and caries and enamel erosion from acidic food and beverages. It is a really good idea and is a legitimate addition for me since I am unable to floss mechanically like I used to. I still plan to floss with string and perhaps a water flosser if I’ve got something stuck or causing irritation, but for the most part the Proclaim is providing additional hygiene that I otherwise couldn’t do.

I would like to mention that Proclaim has been way more patient with me as a customer because it took me two years to get my dental work completed. When I first bought the machine, there were no participating dentists in my state but I know I pre-ordered and anticipated a wait time regardless. I do know if they were still selling the machines, I would ensure my family had their own. Excited to see what they do next.

This thing is absolute trash and you all know it. Clearly hiding reviews on the site, deceptive marketing. It’s way over priced and the jets do not focus on every space in the mouth. I could have made a better mouthpiece by drilling holes in a football mouth guard. The only addition that would save it is a single jet that can be switched out. Crazy overpriced, waste of time to get the custom mold.

Its an awesome product .. cleans the teeth definitely.. the whole family wants to get each of our own moldings for our teeth but they are too pricey..

The complete worst customer focus on earth. A complete abomination of service, follow-up and a complete joke. This is the worst mistake i could make and when it ever arrives i cant wait to return it. Assuming their return policy is honest - which is also questionable.

Do not buy this product unless you want a useless expensive piece of junk in your bathroom. My plaque buildup got worse after using this for 2 weeks. I told my dentist but he told me to use it for another 3 months. My plaque buildup then got even worse. When I tried to return it then, proclaim told me I missed the 30 day window. I’m sticking w my Waterpik and being careful about what my dentist tries to sell me now as a “rep” of Proclaim

Well, the concept sounds great, but whoever designed or constructed it must have assumed that the customer has a large, flat vanity cabinet with a sink in the middle of it. This thing is a nightmare to use in a small bathroom with a pedestal sink and a limited number of electrical outlets. The cord that connects the main part of the machine to the handle is too short and stiff. I will have to either figure out how to rebuild my bathroom to find a spot to place the machine where the handle can reach the sink or give up on it.

The unit is innovative and a new concept in deep cleaning around the gum line; The first unit works great; however, the second unit requires more than one try to get the light to turn on--so have to put back on docking station and retry.

Pricey, but seems to be doing a good job. I won't know for sure until my hygienist gives me the thumbs up or down.
