Needed a part for my DBX Driverack which was not in stock, they were nice enough to order it for me and notify me when it was back in stock. It was then shipped quickly and packed rather well!

absolute amazing customer service & experience!
Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The response time was very quick despite the time zone difference, the order was packed and shipped quickly, communication after my order was place established almost immediately and they informed me first thing when they couldn’t find something in their warehouse that was part of my order and asked ME what I wanted to do moving forward and then they refunded the money for just that item almost instantly. If I could give them an extra star on the rating, I would. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Good pictures and descriptions of the parts offered. Fast shipping. I'm really chuffed with the "circuit board ruler" they sent - really, really handy!
My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that the part I needed wasn't available (anymore), so I substituted it for a different value and it works fine.

Let me explain what you have paid for,
The shipping cost you refer to is not only the shipping, but also the handling cost.
From printing the invoice and label, picking the order, packing (properly) the order, and shipping the order. and also pay for the shipping. and in most cases make all the forms for customs when it is outside the EU.
All this combined is called shipping and handling on our invoices.

The shipping costs are absolutely prohibitive (around 25€ for a mere 15€ crossfader), which is a shame.
