We have worked very closely with pro-active over the past 18 months and have built a solid working relationship. I cannot emphasise just how good these guys are with their same day service, a few words that spring to mind are professional, precise, customer focused, price competitive, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, competent and most importantly - reliable.

The customer service team are friendly and helpful and our account manager Roy is absolutely fantastic. Keeping in contact on a regular basis to ensure we are happy with their service and if there is anything they can improve on further. Roy is always looking forward at how to ensure customer receive 100% satisfaction from the services they provide, he has become and extension of our own business and the guy is an absolute legend in the field of same day couriers.

Proactive Despatch are quick to respond and have competitive prices. They are also very good at providing real time updates for freight in transit, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Same day courier isn't a service I need on a regular basis, but when I do, I only ever use Proactive Despatch. The service and price is excellent as is the customer service. The drivers are pleasant and polite and I have never been let down.
