Honestly can't thank this company enough,I had a nightmare getting a product to a customer and they needed it urgently, Francesca was amazing and helped me with every step of the way,she kept me updated throughout,the driver even came in on his day off to do this job,so it shows how staff think highly of the company. I have used them quite a few times now and they have been great!

Such a great company to deal with they are quick at responding to Jobs good on price they keep you updated on the delivery even out of working hours to make bookings, deliveries. Highly recommended we wouldn't use any other same day provider after finding Pro-active.

A great all round same day courier service.
I'd like to thank Ross and the team over at Proactive Despatch for their prompt collection and delivery of a very important consignment this morning which was very time sensitive and needed a quick turnaround.
I had called Ross this morning at very short notice and to his credit he had a driver on our print site within 20 minutes to collect and make the delivery all within the estimated ETA given.

Very easy to deal with, everyone was professional and helpful. It was a last minute request and the job got done. The driver also used his initiative when the goods could not be located from the collection address.

Amazing Service
Use Proactive despatch all the time in work and the service is amazing from start to finish. The friendliness of all the staff is 2nd to none. Immediate updates via email when booking/collected. Really worth your time if you use couriers. I don't use anyone else. Roy is an amazing account manager

Brilliant service
Brilliant service, from quote to delivery this has all taken less than 24 hours. Communication with Fran (today) and Abi (yesterday) has been excellent. I was dreading using a courier to be honest and Proactive Despatch has given me faith back in couriers. I will definitely use them again and can't recommend them highly enough. Thank you Fran and Abi.

Pro-active as a whole is an extremely reliable and efficient company. We have worked with pro-active the past 12-18 months and have built a solid working relationship. The pro-active team, are friendly and approachable. Always willing to offer advice on the best course of action to take so all items get where they need to be in the correct time frame and for the best price.
We would recommend these guys to everyone looking for a same day service.
