I rarely write reviews, however, the service provided by privacy.com is exceptional and is worth my time to leave one. I first heard about the service from my financial advisor, who also uses it. With the increasing number of data breaches, I like knowing that I don't expose my debit or credit card numbers online when making a purchase. My favorite feature is the ability to create a one-time use card for infrequent purchases. Setting up the card is very quick and easy, and I've never had an issue with a card being rejected. Another feature I really appreciate is that for recurring charges, if a vendor decides to suddenly increase the cost of the service, the card is declined and I am notified with the cause. i can then contact the vendor and negotiate the price down, or increase the amount of the recurring charge if required. Thank you for this wonderful service.

Privacy adds protection from fraud. Single use and merchant locked virtual cards are both incredibly useful. I always use a single use card when purchasing from overseas or from a vendor I'm not sure about. Merchant locked cards are great for businesses I buy from regularly because if my data gets leaked, it can't be used. Being able to pause or change max spending limit at any time is also handy. I have been using Privacy for a couple of years with no complaints.

I started using privacy years ago for personal, it's amazing. However, the really smart move is to use it for business. How many different services does a small business use? Dozens, if not hundreds. Each one of them has your debit card number.

Literally no joke I saved over $5k because of simply pausing a card on a service I no longer used.

Only digital card that is accepted everywhere and completely secure. Only downfall that I notice is that once a card is used for an online transaction you can only use it with that vendor

Been using Privacy.com for over a year, and it has allowed me to move off unfriendly platforms such as PayPal. Having virtual cards and some level of privacy on my transactions has been AWESOME.

Years ago I was banking with an institution that provided virtual credit card numbers as Privacy does and loved using it. Privacy is a much better option and makes it easy, and convenient to manage online and app purchases with peace of mind. I can't imagine going back to using my own debit or credit card when doing business online. Thank you for the wonderful product that gives the user safety and control over their financial information.

Privacy.com is one of the few businesses I use regularly that is useful. It is an important and centered staple of my daily online life paying for things safely and securely.

Excellent service. Delivers on the value prop

Love this app / service. It allows me to feel protected when purchasing online or setting up subscription. Love being able to lock cards to merchants and setup limits from per transaction or monthly or even single use. Using this allows me to make purchases on sites and apps like tiktok shop with no fear of my debit card being compromised.

Love privacy.com and I use it all the time (well over a year now). I've been caught up in the past with those companies that offer "Subscriptions" and when you cancel it they still charge you, then you have to fight with them to really get it canceled. Privacy.com allows you and I to make virtual credit card numbers that you can set limits on. One time use... amount per use.. amount per month, and even just cut the card off. This is great and also gives you that peace of mind when ordering from a site that you aren't 100% sure about. Keep your real credit/debt card numbers safe!

I love being able to have a go-between my spending and the source of funds...privacy.com makes that possible with an easy-to-use site.

Has been a great way to track and protect our account.

1. Allows me to make temporary cards for sketchy websites, like a burner.
2. Allows me to have merchant specific cards to prevent double charges monthly.
3. Free service with browser/autofill integration, and they are bloat free.

This has been one of the best financial management tools I’ve downloaded recently, highly recommended so far. And they’ve been consistently updating and adding features, far from stagnant like the alternatives. Plus your money is directly on the card with one time or reoccurring fills. No locking your money away and requiring transfer/usage fees.

I already provided my whole SSN, address, and name and even logged in to my bank account. Still, I was unable to verify myself! Now, the website is asking me to use a third-party service that can store my ID and biometric data for up to three years!?? I only wanted to make a $5 purchase. Why is this so difficult? WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I finally feel that I am in control of my cards and finances. The site works well - I can alter the permitted transaction limit or pause-unpause a card, and the information moves across the net almost instantly.

I use Privacy more than I use my own bank apps. I also refer a lot of people to use their services! The ability to have freedom over who gets what amount, the freedom to not worry about that "free trial" ending and the fine print associated, and the ease that privacy.com has made it to do this... They are fantastic and I hope you try them too!

I use private.com to keep from being overcharged on my recurring expenses. Just the other day, it saved me 175 dollars. I quit my Amazon prime account and Amazon tried to charge me for prime through my audible.com payment method which I pay using privacy.com. My privacy.com account has a limit. Amazon tried to sneak a payment through that account and was denied. Great service and I will be setting up all my recurring payments through privacy.com
