Pritchards Heating & Plumbing Limited Omdömen

Pritchard Plumbers are efficient, courteous and fairly-priced.
Helped diagnose the real reason for blocked sink by looking beyond!

I stumbled upon Jake purely by chance when my megaflow water tank packed up 2 weeks before my wife was due to give birth. He was recommended to me by a plumbers merchant, so I knew that he was a plumbers plumber.

Jake ran me through the replacement options and when it came to replacing the tank, he drained it, removed it and replaced it quickly and with minimum impact to myself and my wife.

Since this initial job, I have recommended him to numerous friends and family who have also been enamoured with him.

I have been using Jake Pritchard for a couple of years and have always found him to be very efficient and helpful. Jake has fitted new radiators, serviced my boiler and refitting my bathroom following a leak. I would highly recommend Jake for any plumbing work.

Jake has been doing plumbing jobs for us for a few years now and we have always found him to be very responsive, polite and thoroughly professional. Full five star service - highly recommended by Mr & Mrs Clayton

Jake of PRITCHARDS Plumbing and Heating Ltd has always acted in a professional manner, when attending to service or replace a plumbing related part. Jake also during lockdown always wore a mask & gloves, plus wore protective covers on his shoes. He has always been polite and attended on time when an appointment has been booked in. A clean and tidy worker and very particular about tidy pipework. Trustworthy enough that we would leave Jake in our home to do his work if we had to be elsewhere at the same time. Can thoroughly recommend. Graham Cross and Mrs Denise Martin

Jake was really helpful and was able to quickly come over to sort out a gas leak we had at the property. He is very knowledgeable and noticed an issue with the setup to our hot water cylinder that he recommended to have addressed. Have now used him for a couple of jobs and likely more in future. Would highly recommend him.

Jake has carried out a number of jobs for us over the past couple of years from replacing a leaky pipe to installing a new boiler. He's always been professional, reliable, great with comms and his work has been faultless every time. He's gone over and above a couple of times including giving up his Saturday evening to finish our boiler install which overran due to a water supply outage on our street that day.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Jake to anybody needing plumbing or gas work.
