I came across Pristine Clean Nottingham via Google
I came across Pristine Clean Nottingham via a google search. I engaged with them initially for cleaning glazing, but soon had them quote for cleaning the patio as well. I sent them some videos and pictures via WhatsApp and that was all it took, the guys were booked in and ready to go.
I was contacted the day before to arrange access, and the guys turned up on time and did a very good job, as this was not an easy job as the glazing and slabs hadn’t been touched since summer last year.
I was sent pictures of the finished job along with the invoice, and I received a thankyou message for prompt payment which was a nice touch.
In summary, Pristine Clean Nottingham were easy to deal with, they did a great job, and I would recommend them.

Outstanding
Absolutely brilliant. I received clear information about how much the work would cost and what would be done. I was kept informed throughout. The worker was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job cleaning my whole greenhouse. I was treated as an ordinary customer despite being a disabled person. I would definitely recommend Pristine, well worth the money.

Fantastic and friendly customer service…
Fantastic and friendly customer service with professional, courteous and experienced staff. We get a monthly clean of our lean to conservatory and 3 monthly clean of our windows. While inflation has massively rocketed in the last 2 years, the price of window cleans has only increased slightly and we have really appreciated the team keeping the prices reasonable and has led to us continuing to keep this service at a time where many other things have become hard to afford.
I would recommend the Pristine Clean Team to all those living in the Wilford/ West Bridgford areas.

Perfect Windows
I have a regular monthly clean from Pristine - the sills and windows are cleaned. Donna is super - always notifies the day before the windows are cleaned and she is always available to answer questions and be amazingly supportive.

Fantastic customer service, very prompt service and excellent quality of windows cleaning. We live on a very busy road so windows get dirty quickly but they look sparkling now- thank you! Highly recommend!
