Pristine Clean Nottingham OUT !
I recently had an encounter with Pristine Clean Nottingham. To say it was catastrophic would be an understatement of the highest order. I hired them to clean out my bathroom, specifically the pipes, in the hopes of fixing a minor ongoing issue. The chap who arrived to fix it was dressed more appropriately to perform an exorcism than a simple pipe cleaning, sporting ankle length black robes and a tonsure. Not only did he arrive late, he brought with him a vacuum that sounded like it was auditioning for a horror film. He proceeded to 'clean' my bathroom, moving dirt from one side of the room to the other, as if he was playing hide-and-seek with my filth. I left him to his own devices, naively hoping he would do what was asked. Oh how wrong I was. By the time he left, my house looked like a post-apocalyptic scene, complete with a fine layer of dust that could have been mistaken for a new paint colour. I hoped that the plumbing issue would have been resolved, but was unpleasantly surprised when I attempted to flush the toilet. The water did NOT smoothly rush through the pipes, instead it came out in a reverse direction and gave me an unsolicited colonoscopy. So, if you’re looking for a cleaning service that will leave your home sparkling, I suggest you look elsewhere—unless you want to embrace the chaos and have a free bidet installed.

We think this review may be for a different Pristine Clean Company (Perhaps Pristine Cleaning?) as we are an exterior cleaning company specialising in Window cleaning, gutter clearing and all other types of exterior cleaning. We do not carry out any interior work at all (other than the odd window clean). We are so sorry you have had such an awful time with the company that came to sort your bathroom. The review is beautifully written! But if you wouldn't mind removing it from our page and reloading it for the correct Pristine Company we would be so very grateful as we work very hard to keep our customers as happy as possible. We do hope this is sorted for you soon.

HELO my experience with pristine clean has been very consistently brilliant for many years because of the professionalism and friendliness of All the staff, the guys always turn up on the days that are stated in a previous email which is sent out before the day.
