Product stated "shipping within 1 business day" yet over a week and a half later it isn't shipped and no one is replying to my complaint tickets. Don't bother ordering from this pathetic excuse for a company.

Ordered a Print your own Lampshade, print was good, it was on plastic which I expected. The metal frame was crap, you had to put it together with clear plastic tubes. It is falling apart and tilted the frame is too big for the lampshade also the plastic clips come off and the velcro plastic strip at the back is coming off. Cannot find the shop I ordered it from to make a complaint. Cost me $50 with shipping, way too expensive for crap. Do not order!!!

Tornassi indietro NON acquisterei da questo sito. L acquirente non è assolutamente tutelato e non si riceve assistenza. L ordine dovrebbe arrivare fra una decina di giorni...vedremo.

The order and shipping went flawless. Nevertheless the quality of the product (sweater) is rather underwhelming. The fabric is pretty thin and doesn't feel comfy. The colors are partially not fully applied and already seem washed out without having been worn or washed once. The rather dark motif has just been printed on top of a white knit like sweater. The size (M) is rather L-XL. All in all I'm not happy with the buy.

This company is a scam. They promote and sell stolen artwork, which they reproduce in incredibly low-quality (because their stealing from Google images).

Any attempts to file legal documents under relevant international DMCA legislation are ignored by the company.

This company profits from theft.

I agree that their practices are deceptive and that nothing is recognized until they have processed the Order. And it was then - or before - that they took my credit card payment! I'm still waiting for yard signs - for Kamala BTW - ordered before Aug 27 but then processed!! It is September 6, 2024. When I attempt to track the signs are reported to be yet at the original point of departure!! Nothing more is provided! I did not know that this was not a USA company. It is reported to be a Vietnamese Company. I'm now calling voters with whom I had spoken to advise to use this company to tell them to not use it!! The election is in early November! Another foreign company interfering with our election?

I ordered 2 t-shirts, with prints. Both shirts were good quality, size was accured and both prints great...
Delivery was fast...i give this a A++

En tant qu’artiste et créateur, je suis consterné de constater que mes œuvres, comme celles de nombreux autres créateurs, sont systématiquement plagiées et commercialisées sans mon autorisation sur votre site. Une centaine de mes designs originaux ont été utilisés sans mon consentement par les créateurs suivants : Anterior-Insult, Réunion_Ben, Dion MBD, Pet Parade, The Pas Pad, The Style Schema, The Animal House, Filide Hiligaynon Aquamarine, Optic Outpost, Greedo, Fins and Feathers Shop, Chic accents, Laxmi Barriss Offee, Car Care Corner.
Ces pratiques sont non seulement une violation flagrante de mes droits d’auteur, mais elles constituent également une atteinte grave à l’intégrité de mon travail et à ma réputation en tant qu’artiste. En laissant faire ce genre de pratiques, Printerval encourage le vol de propriété intellectuelle et nuit gravement à la communauté créative.
Je vous demande instamment de prendre les mesures nécessaires pour retirer immédiatement toutes les copies illégales de mes œuvres de votre plateforme et de mettre en place des systèmes de vérification plus rigoureux afin d’éviter que de telles situations ne se reproduisent.
Je souhaite également que vous preniez contact avec les créateurs impliqués dans cette affaire afin de les avertir des conséquences légales de leurs actes.
Je considère cette situation comme inacceptable et je ne manquerai pas de porter plainte si aucune mesure n’est prise pour remédier à cette situation.

I am very upset at the deceptive practices of Printval. It was not made apparent that this is a foreign company out of Vietnam first of all. Secondly, they say "shipping in 3-10 day" when in fact, it's 8-14 ONCE THE ORDER IS PROCESSED which could add another 3-5 days! The "tracking" information code that they provide could NOT be found by USPS the shipping source that Printval claims they shipped the merchandise through. Further, the company "customer service" claims they will get back to you within 12 hours of filing an inquiry. That did not happen. I placed an order on 8/21, and STILL do nor have a legitimate "shipment date" that can be verified through USPS! I have contacted the company 4 times only to get the runaround and NO definite shipping information! According to USPS, the "code" I was given to "track my shippment" is NOT a working code!! BEWARE of ordering anything through PRINTVAL!!!

I ordered 2 posters on July 28th. The order arrived 20 days later, and I received only 1 of the 2 items I ordered. I wrote 5 mails to have explanations but no answers yet.

petit soucis les frais à payer au distributeur 4 euros pour l'expedition en plus du port et 3 euros à ma banque pour achat à l etranger

After 26 days my girlfriends snoopy bag finally arrived, the item is perfect ,she loves it,However i think 26 days is a ridiculous amount of time to wait on an item,the company only responded after i put this on trust pilot.in this day and age nothing shud take 26 days ,the payment for the item didnt take that long.

I ordered 3 shirts, several weeks ago. 2 came fairly quickly; good shirts, great art. The 3rd shirt took alot more time as it came from China. I've had some disappointing experiences with orders coming from China. Suffice to say, had I known the shirt would be fulfilled in China, I would not have ordered it. The problem was when it arrived: a) it was made out of polyester or some man-made fabric which I can't wear. b) it was too big to wear. While I ordered the size appropriate for me nowhere on Printerval's description of the shirt, did it mention what the shirt was made of.
So, if you are having a problem, "submit a ticket" and then the real problems begin. In order to to return or exchange, you have to take photos of the length and width of the shirt as well as the tag. My shirt had no tag, nor did it have a stamp printed anywhere on the fabric. I tried to explain this but email seems to be the only method of communication and that always took at least 24hrs for response They have 3 numbers you can call; one in Hanoi Vietnam, and 2 stateside, but no one ever picks up. I have sent them the requested photos 4 times but still no response. I would prefer an in store credit rather than a refund and would purchase several more shirts.
Printerval seems uninterested and unwilling to do “the right thing” They say all the right things on their website but their words are hollow.

Printerval steals designs from artists and makes it impossible and inaccessible to have them take it down. They scrape data from the internet in order to profit from it. Your data is simply not safe with them.

probably got shipped from the US. sometimes i wonder where they have their stuff from, i saw something from printify??
also i made an own, simple design. it’s only one color and it bled perfectly into the fabric!
might order again… but something different.

Experiencia estupenda🙌los recomiendo 100%. El envío y la camiseta están perfectas. Además, antes de mandártela te enseñan una preview y puedes cambiar el diseño sin problema. Los correos los responden rapidísimo y puedes hacer seguimiento de la Cami. Además, les pedí que lo mío era un regalo a ver si podía llegar llegar antes del 11 de julio y me ha llegado hoy. Mil gracias a printerval!

Wir versuchen seit Tagen eine Rücksendung für die Bestellung DE0987963 vorzunehmen. Auf der Website wird mit 30 Tage Rückgaberecht geworben. Dann eröffnet man ein Ticket, weil das Tshirt nicht passt, und man bekommt nie eine richtige Antwort. Ich möchte einfach nur das Rücksendeetikett zum zurückgeben und die Erstattung der Zahlung.
Nichts passiert... Für mich ist das Betrug. Bitte dort nichts kaufen. Lasst bitte die Finger von diesem Geschäft. Zusatz 09.06.2024 Ich warte immernoch auf die Retourenadresse für die kostenlose Rücksendung!!! Das Tshirt ist voll Rückgabeberechtigt. Ich fordere Sie auf den Kaufpreis umgehend auf das entsprechende Zahlungsmittel zu erstatten. Sollte dies nicht geschehen, sehe ich mich gezwungen Rechtliche Schritte gegen Sie einzuleiten. Ihr Handeln ist höchst fraglich und rechtwidrig.

I just don't like this company. Ordered a tee shirt, thinking it was coming from UK but no! From Poland. Sent lots of messages to them but they either ignored me or said I'd opened too many 'tickets', which I never. Excuse. Then said as a goodwill gesture they would refund me £3.99. I had to remind them once more & to be fair to them, refunded me.
No I've told them nicely, that I was not ordering from them ever again. They just ignore/ mess you around. Don't need it. Waited weeks for delivery, wondering where it was. They knew my gripes but never acknowledged any.
