They are liars and scammers and ruined a lot of peoples Christmas. I’ll keep reviewing everywhere I can so other people don’t waste their money too. They can’t answer or send me my stuff but I’m getting email ads everyday talking about how much they care and sending discount codes. I wouldn’t order again if they paid me.

I made my first purchase with Printerval on 10/18 and gave them a stellar review. Even today I stand by my comment. I also made two other purchases on 11/20 & 11/21. A total of 5 tshirts. The problem began when I received the last order for my granddaughter. The Tshirts were much too big so I advised them through an email. I was told that I would not need to return them but could donate them to a charity. They also said that they would replacement them with the size I had indicated. However, I was to ‘measure the width and length of the Tshirts along with a pic of the label too. I complied with this unusual request. The email said the replacements would be sent out soon. I spent the next few weeks inquiring about the replacements that I needed before Christmas. Well the replacements never came! I told them in an email that over the holiday I received an email from their president thanking customers for a ‘great year’ obviously for PR. I have never had to jump through SO many hoops just to get a replacement! Two days ago I sent their CS an email saying that I wonder how their president would rate his Customer Service Dept after reading my email and being aware that his Customer Service literally ignored my problem for a simple replacement! Of course, no response!

I orderd an item on the 27th November, im still waiting for delivery its the 27th Dec now ,i have sent email 3 times and nothing from them ,their tracking says dispatched on ,7th dec and its just come to a stop ,i will never order again from them, also when i orderd they said delivery before xmas they lied ,dont bother with them .

Ordered December 5th for a Christmas present emailed 3 times not one response! Said would be here in time for Christmas and it’s still saying waiting on delivery absolutely fuming!

Second negative review. Response from them on previous review, told me to check on update on tracking moved to packaging has NOT MOVED SINCE.

Bought items as part of a bigger surprise totally spoilt it for my partner at Xmas. Spent well over £40 and received unanswered emails total SCAM.

Ordered 2 items 'arrives before christmas' on the 6th December. I've emailed and had no response other than an automated response. These were due to be Xmas presents. It's now Xmas eve and there is no delivery. Estimated arrival is sometime before the 26th of December now. First rime using Printevral. I will never buy again. Avoid at all costs

Schlechteste Seite bei der ich jemals bestellt habe. Ich habe am 7.12. zwei tshirts bestellt und habe noch nicht mal eine Bestellbestätigung bekommen. Auf Paypal habe ich eine Bestellungsnummer gefunden aber wenn ich die auf der Printerval Seite tracken will, passiert nichts. Ich habe schon hundert mal versucht bei Printerval anzurufen und schon zwei Emails geschrieben und nie eine Antwort bekommen. Ich empfehle keinem bei dieser Seite zu bestellen.

SCAM: DO NOT BUY FROM. Never got Shrek crocs. Received reply from them to say item was delivered (false). Unfortunate for them that I work in Trading Standards - so wait out!

I ordered from this company on 1st December and am still waiting on my order! Terrible customer service, all you get is an automated response telling you they’ll respond in 12 hours and you get absolutely no response! I’ve emailed 4 times to ask where my order is and I’ve got the same stupid message each time! I wish I’d googled this company before ordering as I’d of never of placed an order and wasted my £29.94! By the looks of it I may as well reside myself to the fact I got scammed as if you can’t even get tracking information so the likelihood is doubt I’ll receive the item! Awful company - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY if they are an actual company. I ordered on Nov 12 receiving an email the order was sent Nov 18. From this email, the shipping company YunExpress has two different statements- package arrived Nov 30 to still on the road when using track button. Printerval is extremely hard to reach (22 attempts only 4 answers). The shipping company doesn't respond. I actually had to find the shipping contact information. Printerval representatives didn't have the SHIPPING COMPANY contact information they use. NO ONE wants to take responsibility or just give a refund for merchandise not received. When you can get a person, they are rude and give you the run around. Refuse to get management for you. No interest to correcting but they will take your money again to re-order.

Ordered two Christmas gifts on 02Dec, website stated dispatch in 1 business day. 12Dec receive an email update that they have now been dispatched, it is now the 19Dec one item is still showing in China and the other tracking link is showing with and error message so absolutely no idea where this one is. Given up any hope these will be here in time for Christmas so now I have two family members without a present on Christmas Day. Will never use this site again.

They will scam you, send you copy pasted replies on trust pilot no response to any emails or messages.

Tracking says shipped but tracking number says it’s not been shipped that was 3 weeks ago now. The best advice is do not believe the good reviews on here they are fake just research on Facebook and Instagram and Twitter you will see for yourself they are scammers I am now doing a chargeback with my bank

Do not be fooled by the website - its not in the UK. The advertised delivery times are complete and utter lies! I've been waiting weeks for my order. I've tried contacting them and no reply. They pretend to have a support portal which issues tickets - but that's just another fabrication. They don't actually reply to the tickets. Its just another fob off. I guess I will be writing-off the 15 quid I've lost. But now I have to panic buy another Christmas present.

Item ordered, eventually got a message that it was delivered. It wasn’t. They refused to reply to any contact. Obviously a scam. Do not use.

Ordered hoodie 14/11 despite numerous emails still not received it. When using tracking one entry said it was delivered the next one said they’d tried to deliver it, I checked my cameras no attempt had been made to deliver on the times they stated. Advised them on this and still no response. This is fraud. Do no use this site.

They took my money , canceled my order and I received the confirmation email stating that they canceled my order and they will give me a full refund.
After five business days they gave me less than half of my money.
When I called the agent told me that they will refund me the rest of the money but refused to send me a confirmation email about what she's talking.

This is a scam site - do not order from them. My order was confirmed and then I was given bogus shipping information

Avoid this company it’s a scam, I have order a tee shirt that really was rubish quality, so cut a long story short I requested a refund they do not reply to you at all.
After leaving a review on here they reply saying not to send the item back and they will give a refund but they don’t.
I have called them and WhatsApp them eventually they answer the phone then cut you off half way through, then when trying to ring them back the number is no longer recognised ( funny that) so i called back on another phone where it’s just ringing and cannot get through but they have definitely blocked my phone that I got through on.

still waiting after 37 day s for arrival of product. Their track and trace is no help and for more detailed tracing payment is required. Their enquiry service says the product should be with me in a few days but this does not agree with the tracking.
