Appalling service. Ordered a LOTR tee on 22/12. Received product was nothing like what I ordered. No response to emails. Please avoid this company.

This is my second review regarding a previous order. Please DONT order from this company, they don't respond to emails or even when you raise a so called ticket to flag the issue with them. There is no UK local support team, the company is based in Vietnam. All I want to do is return a really poor quality sweatshirt that took over 2 weeks to arrive and get a refund. Honestly, please make your purchase elsewhere. Martin UK.

Same as most of the comments here, ordered a few weeks before Christmas, no update on order progress still now. Contacted them 4 times with no reply. Is this company even real? Lack of contact leaves me to believe its fake.

No order received a absolute scam emails sent no replied 2 weeks ago I ordered a jumper still know email to say items been dispatched. Will be calling my bank to get a full refund on my item.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE JUST WISH I HAD READ REVEIWS FIRST BEFORE GIVING THEM MY MONEY 😡😡😡

Deserves 0 stars. Ordered item on 13/11/23. Never arrived. This company needs to be barred. Random responses from enquiries all saying they were looking in to it. I want a refund!!

Wir haben eine Kapuzenjacke bestellt, ist auch bereits bezahlt. Nur leider bis heute nicht geliefert. Firma ist nicht erreichbar, keine Rückmeldung oder Information. Es sollte ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für unseren Enkel sein, traurig.

Inzwischen haben wir schon mehrmals nachgefragt,Tickets eröffnet, keine Reaktion seitens Printerval. Sie vertrösten automatisiert, sie würden sich innerhalb von 12 Std. melden, aber es passiert gar nichts. Das ist unfassbar, wir werden wohl den Rechtsweg beschreiten müssen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

6th December put my order in, nothing back from them, 4 emails sent. AVOID!!!

Ordered a jumper in November, after various correspondence said the email was wrong even though it was the same! Said they would send order, never arrived now their inbox is full and cannot accept emails surprise surprise! How many people have lost money on their orders, including us £34.60. You should be ashamed of yourselves, people can't afford to loose their hard earned cash, with no goods delivered. Ours was a present. DONT USE THIS COMPANY NO INTENTION OF GIVING YOU A REFUND OR GOODS.

Ridiculous company. ordered hoodie 6 December giving plenty of time before Xmas according to there delivery information. And nothing. Check tracking one minute one place then somewhere else then back to original location looks total scam filled with b/s iv written this order off if it comes it comes. One thing for sure I'll never use this company (if you can call it that) again and urge others to avoid 😡

AVOID ! at all cost, save yourself trouble don't bother ordering cause you won't get your stuff.

They sent me a reply that was not helpful on my order#US1126264, again never received it from December 13th. Now what happens. Wanted it for Christmas. Printval website is not user friendly. Where is my order, they charged my credit card

Do not trust this company.
They do not send orders and keep money. In hindsight this is a scam company with,possibly, roots in China.
They have deprived my disabled child of his Christmas present and me of money i do not have. Thank god there are foodbanks with people like this around!.I have told them this and they
do not care.
Contacted several times and they either ignore or send pictures of items I haven't ordered and say do I want 2 of them??¿??? No refund given.
STAY CLEAR!!!!

Absolutely terrible. I ordered 2 t-shirts on the 28th November as a Christmas present and I am still waiting for them. Numerous messages sent and only receive automated responses and I still don’t know where my order is. I have requested a refund and will probably have to wait another month for that. Very annoyed have now had to purchase an alternative present for Christmas. Avoid at all costs.

I wish I could give 0 Stars. I ordered an order on the 04/12/23 and it is now the 20/12/23 and it STILL says “in production”. I sent them an email explaining that this t-shirt is needed for Christmas and when it was going to come and they never replied apart from an auto reply? I don’t know when it’s going to arrive but this band is a peice of 💩! DONT ORDER FROM THEM IF YOU WANT IT WITHIN A MONTH

I placed an order on the 10th Dec. . I have messaged Printerval three times now to ask if I will receive my order before Christmas but all I get back is an automated generic message saying I will get a response within 12 hours but it has been about 6 days and I still haven't had a reply. The order tracking service doesn't tell me anything. I'm sure I wont receive my order by Christmas. Absolutely rubbish customer service, I'd never buy again

Expérience décevante, commande passée le 11 décembre, ils disent livraison avant le 22 décembre, le statut de la commande qui ne change que au bout de 1 semaine en production et depuis plus rien.....
Le colis est censé être chez moi pour pouvoir l'offrir a Noël. 👏👏Bravo pour ma magie de Noël !!
Nous trouvons un site qui fait dans l'originalité et la personnalisation et résultat l'originalité c'est pas de cadeau pour Noël !!
Et bien sûr quand tu envoies un mail et parle de remboursement il n'y a plus personne....

SCAMMERS - ORDER PLACED ON 10TH DEC. NO ITEMS DISPATCHED 11 DAYS LATER AND NO RESPONSE FROM THE SUPPORT TEAM.

I placed an order on the 9th Dec. It was estimated I should receive my order by the 18th Dec. I have messaged Printerval three times now to ask if I will receive my order before Christmas but all I get back is an automated generic message saying I will get a response within 12 hours but it has been about 5 days and I still haven't had a reply. The order tracking service doesn't tell me anything. I'm doubtful I will receive my order or get a refund. I will never use this company again.

Bonjour, laisser moi vous raconter ma déception, je voulais simplement pour Noël des tee-shirts imprimés pour mon papa que j’ai commandé le 9 décembre ils devaient arriver entre 6 et 14 jours ouvré et à 4 jours de Noël je m’inquiète voyant que ma commande n’a toujours pas été expédié! J’ai fait un ticket de réclamation qui me dit que j’aurais une réponse dans les 12h et toujours rien. Je vois qu’il y a un très mauvais service client et surtout qu’ils ne respectent pas les délais de livraison. Je suis furieuse car je n’aurais pas de cadeau pour mon papa à cause d’eux!
