Una hora de autobús+otra de vuelta.
Encima piden propina.

An amazing day out, truly worth every euro! Thank you so much for making my husband’s birthday so special and unforgettable. Staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming, facilities all good, food great (paella, salad and bread inc in the price) drinks great (sangria and lager inc) Dolphins were very sociable so we were very lucky and 2 hour activity stop was such fun. Highly recommend these guys!

An absolute scam - don’t waste your money. This was not the experience we were sold at all. The boat was way too busy, far too many people, it felt chaotic and unorganised. The boat was just full of people throwing up due to how rough the waters were. It then smelt of sick, and there was vomit everywhere. You have to pay extra €10 to sit on the beds. The food was awful, and the service was a shambles. Staff were rude and had the cheek to ask for tips as we were getting off the boat.

The whole experience from start to finish was an absolute shambles , everything was very rushed could not relax at all to enjoy the experience, there was so many people on the boat , every activity was cut short and rushed , we purchased paragliding , caves and jet ski , 2 sunbeds €10 each which had no time to use , paragliding €70 3 mins , jet ski 4 mins and the caves the boat took us at top speed unable to see anything 1 stop for 1 min as the excursion was running late extremely disappointing, we were then told no food now closed. After complaining to extremely rude staff we got dinner cold unable to finish as we arrived back at port , we will never ever book this excursion again, we definitely would not recommend. Very Very poor experience!

unclean, the staff used their hands to dish up food, they were also rude and unpleasant with no customer service skills whatsoever

the people hired to advertise it are purely scammers as we were promised free food (one meal was free, all other food you have to pay for despite being told everything is included), also got told there would be a speedboat, this also never happened
snorkelling was also an option but again, after asking three different members of staff, no one could point me to where the snorkelling gear was, the disorganisation was unbelievable
was also told that there would be many sun loungers, there were four, the rest were just uncomfortable plastic chairs
also full of drunk annoying men screaming as if they were at a football match 😫😫

On the whole the trip was ok. Staff were friendly. It was disappointing not seeing the dolphins but we knew that it wouldn’t always be possible.

Food was ok. I didn’t feel like the Sangria or the mojito contained any alcohol. If they did it was very little.

If you’re doing the water sports then the waiting around won’t bother you. Otherwise be prepared for a long wait whilst everyone does their activities.

As the boat stops very close to Mogán marina. Maybe they could let passengers not wanting to participate disembark the boat for a couple of hours whilst the water sports take place as it’s a long time to wait and people were getting bored.

You don’t really find much information unless you ask the staff on board. Information over the speakers minimal.

Great trip to Puerto Rico for this boat trip. All the staff where fantastic - friendly, helpful and overall great. Alex was a gentleman and funny. Sea caves and banana boat where an added bonus.

La fiesta habla por si misma! recomendadisimo.. buena musica buena comida buen ambiente un trato fenomenal (un 10) muy divertida la bananaboat que es gratis para repetir

The hosts were nice, but volunteered no information about any of the topography. The boat catamaran was not in good shape at all and since the sail was not up at all the cabin smelt of fuel the whole trip. The bathroom was not working and the guest had no idea what to do to use the loo properly so it just got worse. I have been o this kind of excursion before and this one was quite disappointing. I would not recommend. The food was good. And you need to buy your own disposable plastic cup for use because they say people tend to throw them into the ocean. So be prepared to come with coins (1 euro) to buy a plastic cup that is not durable enough to last longer than the trip.

Fuimos a celebrar el cumpleaños de dos amigas e íbamos un grupo de unas 15 personas más o menos. Lo que nos gustaría destacar es que la animación fue increíblemente buena y el trato del personal fue estupendo, pero si nos gustaría recalcar que no pudimos repetir comida que únicamente había paella y papas arrugadas y por ello nos quedamos con hambre. A parte de eso, no solo no pudimos repetir si no que nos ponían 2 papas arrugadas mal contadas, un trozo de pan y un pisco de paella, hay gente que no probó ni el mojo porque se quedaron sin la salsa. La banana apenas nos enteramos cuando empezó a funcionar y cuando nos enteramos ya había terminado. Tampoco nadie nos avisos de que por el vaso había que pagar 1€ a parte de lo que pagamos por el barco. Por otro lado, la fiesta debería haber empezado a las 15:00 y empezó casi que a las 15:45 y pensamos que por ello terminaríamos una hora más tarde ya que lo pagamos y eran 4h de fiesta y nos encontramos con la sorpresa que a las 19:30 estábamos en el puerto desembarcando.. la verdad es que no creo que volvamos a repetir.

¿De verdad es necesario ir con la música a tope? Eso no es disfrutar de la tranquilidad del océano. Pero sí es molestar a los que buscamos un remanso de paz en las clas del sur de la isla, y tenemos que soportar el chumba chumba cada vez que pasa el catamarán este

Estuvimos seis personas el día 17 de septiembre. La tripulación se desvive en la atencion al pasaje, con información de los lugares que se visitan y tiempos acotados para disfrutar del entorno. El Capitan intentó que vieramos los delfines por todos los medios.
Recomendable 100 %.

The most amazing day Ale and Christian were fantastic hosts, so knowledgeable and so friendly. The food was perfect, they literally cannot do enough for you. Thanks both for the most perfect day on my first holiday abroad. Highly recommended

Leider ein Reinfall!
1. wir haben 40 min gewartet bis wir vom Hafen losgefahren sind weil noch Leute fehlten.
2. der Kapitän hat sich nicht mal Mühe gegeben nach Delfinen und Wahlen zusuchen. Wir sind kurz ins offene Meer und dann mussten wir schon zurück!
Weil die wollten weiter ihre Aktivität verkaufen ( Jet.ski, Parasailing und Höhlen besuchen)
3. Schnorcheln war im tiefen Meer, da hat man nichts gesehen. Also gabs auch keine Fische und kein Riff.
4. während alle anderen Jetski und weitere Aktivitäten gemacht haben, mussten wir mit Kinder am Boot 2 Stunden warten.
5. Bananaboot fahrt hat nur 3 min gedauert, war also auch sehr unspektakuläre.
6. es gab nur eine Honigmelone als saisonale Frucht! Versprochen war mehr.
7. Höhhlenfahrt war sehr mager, die haben wir nur von außen angeschaut. In eine Hölle durften wir 5 Meter mit Boot reinfahren. War auch uninteressant.
8. zudem war die Dame vom Personal unfreundlich.
Nicht empfehlenswert!!!

Fantástica experiencia, disponibilidad de actividades muy variadas y divertidas. La tripulación es muy atenta y simpática. El cóctel está muy rico. El próximo viaje repetiré
