Amazing!!
Not only was the whole process super quick……received the bracelet the next day! I was even refunded for a promotion that hadn’t been added on the site when ordering….I wasn’t aware it was included so I wouldn’t of been aware if they hadn’t of contacted me! Would highly recommend & will definitely be ordering again.

Quote necklace in silver.
The real review here is how my necklace mistake was rectified. Its always a bit of a gamble when you can't speak to someone but I went ahead and did my best. My quote got mixed up and within 24hrs of a query email I had another perfect necklace that I am very happy with. The quality is excellent and I feel its something I wouldn't have found elsewhere. Well done PHJ🤩

Very disappointed on how thin the gold…
Very disappointed on how thin the gold chain is and how small the garnett is. The gift card was handwritten in poor handwriting. I could have done better myself. It was for my sisters birthday and too late to send it back. Had to go to a jewelery store and pay twice the price for four times the quality.

Lovely baby bracelet
Lovely baby bracelet, however the engraving is so small you need a magnifying glass to read the inscription. Also, the card I paid 50p extra for had my name spelled incorrectly, so I won’t be using it.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review Juli, we are pleased that you liked the bracelet. Unfortunately due to the size of our baby bangles, engravings can appear to be small. If you could provide us some imagery of the engraving we would be happy to look at this for you. We are very sorry that your name was spelt incorrectly, we would be happy to refund this for you.
Please feel free to contact us to discuss any of the above.
Kindest regards,

Beautiful personalised silver plated brush set
Beautiful personalised silver plated brush and comb set. The engraving is excellent.
The only thing that could be improved is presentation, would’ve been lovely if it had come in a presentation box or had the option of it
