Firstly your communication is next level good. I made a mistake so I messaged you straight away to which you replied really quickly and fixed my mistake. Also I asked for next day delivery which you couldn’t provide due to weekend so you refunded me my payment back for next day delivery and apologised. Was sent out next working day then delivered day after to which I was over joyed with my bracelet for my granddaughter. Thank you so much for your time patience then making sure I got quality product that I paid for 😁

Incredible customer servicr
I ordered some earrings and they arrived quickly considered it was the bank holiday weekend. Unfortunately one of the earrings had some gem stones missing. I reported this to customer services and got a prompt response that they would immediately send out a replacement pair to arrive the next day… and the did, this time they are fault free. Incredible customer service, thank you 🤩
