Some parts of the process were smooth, others needed follow-ups. Editing feedback made sense, but a few things slipped through and had to be corrected later. Marketing support felt like an add-on rather than a core service.

Prime Publishing Press claims that they will format your book for Amazon, market it, and "guarantee" sales of at least 250 copies. However, the quality of their work is poor. The "Amazon A+" content is tacky and sensationalistic. The same is true of their written text. In my case, everything they presented for my approval had to be redone several times, and even after three or four attempts the product was tasteless, inappropriate to the book, and amateurish. Clearly, their work is generated by AI; no human actually evaluates the artwork, looks at the advertising text, or reads the manuscript they are supposedly marketing. Instead of producing an attractive, engaging, interesting image for my book, they attempted to sell me an expensive copyright guarantee program - thousands of dollars for protection which is already guaranteed by law! My return on investment over six months was $0.00. Don't have anything to do with these folks. For my part, I am sadder (and poorer!) but at least somewhat wiser for my bitter experience.

I appreciated the small things clean margins, consistent formatting, and careful proofreading. Those details made the book feel finished instead of rushed.

It’s a scam. Please stay away. All the reviews are fake. Please Google for ‘Is Amazon prime publishing scam’ and you will get the answer. They haven’t been associated with Amazon. They will start on a very professional basis but then will go on arm twisting you, use pressure tactics to mint money at every step. Amazon doesn’t charge any amount for publishing and you can easily do it yourself. Hire another agency if you need help but stay away from this fraud organisation. I have been scammed and wouldn’t want anyone to go through the same experience.
