Primark Omdömen 

Took back faulty pyjamas to the new glasgow fort store tonight. As they were a Christmas gift i didnt have a receipt but i only wanted to exchange them for another pair. I was informed by Mark the manager that no proof of purchase no exchange, i asked if this was right as the goods were faulty and he again replied no proof of purchase no exchange. In fact i felt as if i was being accused of stealing the pyjamas!! I was upset as the shop was very busy so i took the faulty pyjamas and walked out the store. When i came hone I googled primarks policy for returning faulty goods and it states that no receipt is needed??

Mi experiencia Primark, es penosa puesto que ponen un precio en los stand, y no corresponde a el que te cobran o cuando pasas por caja, una estafa encima llame a la encargada, y ni disculpas me pidió, me dijo que es así, que es lo que hay.... en fin una estafa total!!!

Le Primark de Strasbourg et sa clientèle s'est dégradé ... c'est devenu mal fréquenté et bordélique, le staff à l'air au bout de sa vie ... il y avait un membre du personnel ( une femme au cheveux noir) qui était dans le rayon pyjama et qui n'arrêtait pas de soupirer en fixant la clientèle.
Une nouveauté, on trouve maintenant des gamines r*c*stes avec une tête de c******* qui errent en faisant des accusations et des réflexions complétement déplacées. J'ai cru rêver, on est où là, au zoo !?!

Went to the Sunderland store, went to tills to pay for my 4 items.
The sales Assistant asked me if I wanted a paper carrier bag which I excepted her offer, only to find it was a small bag and I said to her, you won't get all those into that bag.
Her reply was oh I will.
She proceeded to roll the items upwith the hangers still on the garments. I stopped her and said, get a bigger bag and fold the garments up, instead of rolling them up. Her reply was my manager said this is how I have to do it and she will be watching me and I will get wrong. She finally got a bigger bag, and proceeded to fold the items up, but with the hangers still attached to the garments. I explained it would be easier if she removed the hangers. She finally did remove them folded them up and placed them in the bag.
I paid for the items and started to leave the till point, when Security came running upto the till point. She had called security onto me, for asking for my garments to be folded and bigger bag. Shocking service.

Que haya 24 cajas y solo 4 en uso y una cola interminable no lo entiendo.

Hola,no seamos tontos!!! Por el precio que tiene ,lo únicos que son baratijas de ropa ,casi parece un mercadillo,calidad mediocre, atención nefasta,no se lo qué cobran los empleados, así qué,mejor en un mercadillo que allí

Vendredi 22 novembre 15h15 j’arrive en caisse. Et là au moins 30 personnes devant moi. Cela fait déjà 20min que j’attends En principe chez primark au moins 5 ou 6 caisses sont ouvertes, notamment en forte affluence.
Et bien non … seulement deux caisses ouvertes et je ne sais combien d’employés sur la surface de vente
Inadmissible !! Où sont les managers ou décisionnaires pour adapter la situation en fonction de l affluence ça manque de sérieux

Último producto, dañado, sin etiqueta, pueden vendérmelo pero en lugar de su precio o a menos como tara, al doble!!! Estafadores!!!
Se lo han quedado por supuesto para que se termine de romper allí.
Cuidado, mirar bien lo que os cobran.

Ci sono stata ieri a caserta ho comprato un po cose ,ma a casa scopro che la tazza marshmallow e tt crepata sicuramente una mia disattenzione nel prenderla e loro mel controllare la merce purtroppo nn posso cambiarla x che il Primark piu vicino e a bari

Ένα παλτό που κοστίζει 35 στο τέλος μου μούσα ράβε τιμή 61 ε δλδ έλεος απατεωνιά το βρίσκω αυτό ..ποτέ ξανά εννοείτε και δεν το συνιστώ σε κανέναν .θα σας ανέβαζα και την απόδειξη αλλά δεν υπάρχει τέτοια επιλογη. Επίσης να σημειώσω ότι έχει γίνει κάποια απάτη ,Διώτη δεν υπάρχει κατάστημα στην Ελλάδα ..Μια τόση μεγάλη αλυσίδα και δεν ε έχουν καταλάβει ότι έχει γίνει παρανομία με το όνομα τους ,ολόκληρη σελίδα στο Google ????

Has to be the worst website in the history of the world. So slow it practically crawls and when you try to register it won't let you, just says names cannot begin or end with whitespace spaces? Tried on desktop and phone. Complete rubbish!

Ropa bonita y con estilo muy buenos precios. Sobretodo excelente servicio, quiero dar especialmente las gracias a Laura Naranjo y a Yasmina (la chica rubia del turno de tarde) por toda su atención y su ayuda. Tenía un evento importante y me ayudaron muchísimo con mucha paciencia. Vale la pena volver pero más que nada por el buen servicio dado. Mil Gracias por todo!!!!

Hier je suis allée chez Primark à Saint Etienne pour un achat et un retour et tout c'est très bien passé grâce à monsieur George. Très sympa

Rubbish website, many items not available in all stores. Little wonder the words tacky and primark go hand in hand.

Article non disponible malgré que le site affirme que les produits sont en stock lorsque l on ce renseigne on peut nous dire qu il ne l on jamais eu, et le personnel nous fait comprendre que sa les embête que l on demande.
