Super zooltjes
Super zooltjes. Ik had zo’n last van mijn voeten en knieën na een wandeling. Zelfs een korte wandeling. Ze nemen goed vocht op en zijn comfortabel. Ik vind het ook heel belangrijk dat ik mee help aan een beter milieu. Zoveel beter dan die zooltjes met o.a gel. Een echte aanrader. Ze zijn niet heel goedkoop, maar het zo waard! Ik ga ze zeker weer kopen en heb ze ook cadeau gedaan. Zo’n apart en goed cadeau.

They won’t allow returns
They will not allow you to return a product, even if it is unused and within the return window. You have to email them for approval and they will disapprove. Be warned.

We are sorry, but we do not as we would like to dissuade customers as much as possible from engaging in excessive e-commerce returns as this is not good for the environment nor for local businesses. We ask you to not further try to engage in defamatory and double reviews.
Do not allow return of (unused) products
Soles seems to be of good quality, but they do not allow me to return (unused) soles. This is against Dutch law and now I am stuck with soles that are not comfortable. I appreciate that Primal Soles might be a start-up intending to do good, but not allowing returns (of 'items with discounts / in sale') is illegal. To all future customers: please consider that they will not allow you to return your ordered items :)

The soles are natural and so much more
The soles are natural, lightweight, easy to fit in my shoes, comfortable fitting and gives me the support I need.

Like walking on clouds, these Primal soles. In my boots, shoes and slippers, I wear them everywhere after grounding outside with my bare feet.

Above my expectations
I know cork is light I'm long time addicted to Birkenstock sandals.
I bought 2 cork soles and I used one ar the moment and I'm very happy. I actually substituted a pair I had. A pair of orthopaedic soles and I find thise new ones much better and more comfy

Comfortable insoles, kinda fragile
Comfortable insoles. One caveat is that they’re kinda fragile— I have a pair of shoes that’s on the stiffer side, and when I went to put the insole in, the insole cracked one the bottom. It still works, but that was kind of annoying.

As for your isolated "incident", we are of course happy to replace it with a new one. Truth is, cork is a natural material and - unlike synthetics - cannot be bent endlessly. The way we designed Primal Soles, however, they are endlessly recyclable. In fact, they are the world's first fully recyclable shoe insoles.
Thank you for this feedback! Little product development insight: next month we are releasing the new "Elevated Clouds" with a thicker, sturdier bottom.

Fast Shipping and Minimal Packaging
Item came in fast and without any problem. Love the minimal packaging.
Edit: Ordered wrong size due to my own mistake but company was willing to send correct size.
Company just earned a new subscriber.

Ordered size 9 for my size 9 shoes.
Sole is slightly shorter than the shoe so there's a bit of gap at the toe area.
Other than size problem, sole is well made and looks like it'll hold up well. No problem with cushioning at the bottom.
For others, order 1 or 2 size bigger then trim to fit your shoes.

We're sorry to hear your primals were a bit short. More often than not they're actually a bit too long, believe it or not. Every shoe is different. We try to manage expectations of our customers as good as we can by telling them exactly what you advice: "order slightly larger and cut to fit".

The insoles lack arch support.
The new clouds via Kickstarter did not offer a high arch option.
