Disappointing experience with Primal Soles

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Primal Soles based on my experience. I requested a return on 6 August because the shoes are extremely hard and I find them unbearable to wear.

I was told the company was closed for two weeks for holidays. However, after that period, I still wasn’t provided with a return address or return label, and my emails have been ignored.

I’ve now had to open a chargeback with my bank because I’ve been unable to get a response or arrange the return directly.

I’m disappointed with both the product and, particularly, the customer service I’ve received.

regenerative & comfy flip flops, that look good on your feet and take you places in style. Mine are off white and this summer have been my loyal companion; I can only recommend!

It’s a new green product, just in production so there can be issues. Having said that I found the customer service exceptional.

Very helpful immediately upon inquiry

I did not receive a confirmation email, i asked costumer service but i did not get an answer. So i thought the order did not work and i made another order, because i really like the idea of a natural sole. After 1,5 weeks i got a reply, and then i found out i ordered double. However it was not possible to cancel the 2nd order. I´m still waiting for it (for 4 weeks already?) to send it back, so i can get my money back. The product itself does not have a high enough arch for my feet.

I loved the simplistic packaging that is all recyclable! And the souls are very comfy to wear at work when I’m walking around for almost 8 hours a day. And I feel comforted that the soles are made of recycled materials instead more plastic and synthetic fabric <3

Primal Soles are the best insoles I've tried, super comfortable and supportive. Love that they're fully recyclable and regenerative. Great for my feet and the planet. Highly recommend!

I bought primalsoles for my new pair of Merrill hiking boots (same style as my previous pair so I know how they feel). Primalsoles don't have the same heel cup shape or thickness as what came with the boots, and my boots didn't fit the same way.
Your customer service suggested "trimming them".
Primalsoles don't work for my hiking boots.
