Ordered a month ago and nothing sent yet. They promise next day delivery. Also I have emailed serval times and no reply at all.

Our standard shipping timelines apply to in-stock items. Some products are listed as pre-order, and those ship once stock arrives we appreciate that isn't always obvious at a glance, and it's something we're working on making clearer.
On the emails, we do respond to every message that comes in, so if a reply hasn't reached you, it may have landed in spam. That's not the experience we want anyone to have.

Signed me up to subscription with out permission
Tooth brushed took two weeks to come. They are also very poor quality. One month later they took money out of my account without my permission and sent me another order. I never signed up to a subscription. The company is a scam

Very difficult to try and get answers out of this company not surprised giving the scores from everybody else do you suffer favour guys and go with someone different they haven't answered my experience the shop app is absolutely disgraceful they don't help either go with someone else that's plenty of companies that do the same thing... AVOID...😳😳

package doesn’t arrive, customer service doesn’t answer
Ordered a couple of toothbrushes, then got carried away in a couple of “deals”, ended up ordering a package of €80, which when I look back at it wasn’t such a good deal at all. But the worst thing is, it was over a month ago and the package still hasn’t arrived. Sent 3 e-mails allready but they don’t answer. Wrote a negative review but they hide it, which gives me the impression they write their (all 5 star) reviews themselves.

ZERO customer service
They put the wrong amount on the customs bill so that was bill was HUGE!! And even having to pay vat / customs is terrible. And customer service never answers so cannot cancel your subscription!

Primal NOT post low star reviews
Primals does not post low reviews. I gave 1 star review and it never posted. Reason: Toothbrush is sooo hard and worsens / can cause tooth sensitivity. I use it as a tongue scraper only. I contacted company but no response. Beware of companies that can't take honest, negative reviews to distort consumer perception!
