not great , been trying for days to cancel some of my subscriptions but the web site doesn't work properly

only 3 of my 7 subscription items were sent so again i had to phone to arrange for 3 others to be sent via gemporia account the other item was nt available at gemporia so have now run out. these problems have been going on for a few months so getting very frustrated now.

Products are great but the computer…Need to get your computer sorted.
Products are great but the computer system that is being used is far from adequate. I have had items on a subscription since the start but have several problems with payments not going through, even though there is no problem with my card, and my subscription being cancelled. I have to phone up each time for my order now. Come on Primal living get your act together.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Great products but the company has let me down time after time. I have since moved across to another company. Do not start any subscriptions with this site - they are often out of stock/change products/have website glitches. Not worth it.
